Unfortunately, my store did not do well at all with their plan because the products that I had in my store had no traction in the market. After I fixed this and signed up with them again, things went a whole lot better. The fact that they were straight forward about it from the start is huge to me because they would have essentially lost business because of it.
Michael did a wonderful job with running my advertising campaign. We are very happy with the results.
I am not very savvy with the advertising world and I had so many questions for Michael. He took the time to explain everything. My biggest concern was why it took us so long to seeing sales and why it cost so much every time someone clicked in the first few weeks. His knowledge is valuable and he is a very talented person.
I did little to nothing throughout the entire process. Michael was very well versed with our store and how to run things. I feel like they did much more than advertising for us and he took a big strain off my shoulders.
I would encourage any new store owner that is somewhat not savvy like me to give Michael a chance. You might not see what you expect after you sign up, but the results do come in after some time.

It took quite some time to setup our funnels but we are more than satisfied with what Mary and Adam have been doing with our email marketing. They have turned weekly newsletters into a jam packed funnel that has increased response rates from our prospects with them asking questions after going cold due to our previously failed email marketing. We have now added more programs to our account and we are excited for what the future brings with working with this company!
Our e-commerce store used their content marketing program for several months are we are thrilled with the results. They were able to put our products in front of our target niche audience which turned out in having out store and products featured on various sites. Our search engine ranking have also been increasing since the articles link back to our website. I used to use freelancers to manage different parts of my business and it was a pain in the butt with managing 24 hours a day literally and the consistency was not good at all.

Our company hired them to manage our social media channels and to get us to the top of the search engines in March and they have been doing a good job with both but search engine optimisation is taking a little longer than expected and I am glad that we have social media to balance things out which would be my recommendation to anyone else.

Just as advertised. Our store struggled for the longest time and we made the leap. This team took over everything and developed a very comprehensive strategy. We got sales in the first month and it has been continuous. Highly recommended!
Customer service with this company is beyond amazing in my experience. I have my own consultant that works with me and he is awesome. I got their drop shipping plan because I wanted to start fresh. The store looks great and is very branded. Products are very unique and we'll presented.
I personally like that all all the technicalities are handled for me. I don't have to deal with placing orders or customer service.
Sales are looking pretty good. It took about a good month for things to balance out. I was pretty anxious the first month. Things seems to be more better now and the store has a good flow.
Being burned in the past with other agencies I'm happy to tell everyone that this is the rea deal. No promises of making LOADS OF MONEY in a month but true steady sales like any real business.
I registered for their marketing program for search engine optimization two months ago and i am just now starting to see that our keywords are progressing towards page one. Yes, we are happy now but overall, not too happy because we've now lost two months of potential sales opportunities that we could have had if we showed the same results that we're just now seeing in month one. Other than that our other marketing programs seem to be doing well, search engine optimization was our biggest concern.

We understand that you anticipated reaching your search engine goals in the first month, although, in order to support a natural ranking process as recommended by Google, it can take on average one to three months to rank (depending on the target keywords). Understanding that your website has had no optimization performed in the past, doubling the output of ie. Your authoritative backlinks (a strong supporting factor to ranking) could trigger a manual review by Google due to un-natural linking behavior due to a sudden spike in comparison to previous periods.
I use them for my e-commerce store that I have been growing for a few years now and I am starting to see a difference in orders coming from the campaign. Don't come into it with high expectations right off the bat. After one month we are starting to see good increases and we are now going from a 20$ day budget to 100$ a day in ads budget. Slow but gradual with good returns so far. Hoping to stick around for a while if this continues.
When we first started with unified we had trouble with our account manager who would take much longer to get back to us than we anticipated but we were quickly reassigned to another team member who made it her priority to keep us updated at all times. Her name is Megan and we cant thank her enough for working with us for the last three months while we were re-branding to a different company name. My advice is that if you notice that you're account manager is lacking just ask to speak to management and they will take care of you and make sure you work with someone who gives you the attention to detail that you need. In my case I needed to work with someone 1-on-1 on marketing materials for a brand transition that we are doing since we're really picky with what goes out there since we are in the educational space which criticizes even the smallest of mistakes.

Working with them is a pleasure and they have really helped us with conversion optimization for our website since we were bringing in traffic but 60% were not buying. Our new social media marketing strategy is working wonders and doing its part for our marketing efforts. Attention to detail on social media posts, we are gaining targeted followers and we've had several orders from our followers since we started recently. We signed up for their social media marketing package and we have been getting a good following but the social media posts could use some improvement here and there it seems like little things get forgotten. I did address this and they did improve but having the confidence that it stays that way is what I need. Not bad for the money though.

I am still working on including the pricing into my budget! However, I would like to give anecdotes to for the Customer Service experience I received. They responded to my inquiry about pricing within a few minutes which is saying a lot in my perspective since I am just a small 1 woman team for my business. So that says to me they care about each client, and truly figuring out solutions for even us 1 woman teams!
