I signed up, completed a few forms, and had a plan in my hands within the next few days. I liked this approach because with the plan everything is done so I got to see their level of service before agreeing to move forward. Been working with them for a few months now, it took a month or two to see traction but the pay off at the end is good.
Downside is that they don't include snapchat management which our business is really prone too. Hoping that will come out in the future since I had branching out to all kinds of different companies - managing them is painful.
Register with you guys two months ago and we only get 60 leads in last month 25 which purchased service. Why such a low number in people buying? We have good sales persons? I need quick results and I need now. I told to Matt but he keeps telling that it will longer but this is Time l don't have. Get me 300 leads per month in the next month or I will cancel the service end of story no more excuses someone else will take my money and get good height in leads
I recently tried calling the support team about helping me with an issue that I'm having with the food delivery app with workplace, but I was told that support is through email only, unless you're a marketing client? It's really a bummer that I can't get help with a simple issue through the phone and there is room for improvement here. I hate to be an annoyance because I know the apps are free, but there's a lot of businesses like mine relying on your apps to power their business.
Joseph, we're sorry to hear that you had trouble reaching our support team. We understand that you're concerned about not having access to phone support. Workplace currently offers email support to all users; enables phone support with faster response times to Plus users.
Before I move forward, I need clarification a few concerns:
- Will I be able to work with my account manager at all times?
- What resources do I have out of my account manager?
- Does unlimited engagement mean I can give as much feedback as I like?
These important questions which you do not clarify are my deterrents. Please clarify for an updated review.
The service has been good until this point... I am on a month to month agreement and certain things in my plan recently changed which removed phone support from the features we have and we have to upgrade to have phone support again or sign an agreement for a few months so our plan features don't change. This is not cool. Now I can only talk to my account manager over email.
Kyle, we're happy to hear that you've had a good experience with our marketing programs, but we understand that you're unhappy about your recent program plan changes. We'd like to take the opportunity to turn your experience around; one of our managing members will be reaching out to you shortly.
I already have a Amazon and Walmart store and over the last six months, it has done decently well. I am looking to upgrade to the Enterprise package soon since I have heard good things from people that are using it. In a way, I wish I would have started with it because it would have saved me time with having to build up my Amazon store. Anyhow, the company is legitimate and produces great results. If you a new to business in general, it will be easy. If you are not, it might be a bit boring and nerve wracking because a lot of things are not in our control.
I signed up on February 7th, so about two weeks in, and my store is up and running, and has already made a good amount of sales. I like how everything is handled for me. The dashboard is pretty cool and keeps me in the loop with all of my orders, the status, when its shipped and so forth. I am pretty impressed with how streamlined everything is and how everything happens behind the scenes.
Marckiel was the one who helped me when my Amazon account was flagged and shut down. This review is for him and everything he did for me to make sure everything was back up and running. I was so stressed out and worried thinking that I was screwed. Provided him with all of the documentation and he handled everything for me. I read so many horror stories online and he treated me like a million bucks and got my account re-activated. Thank you so much Marckiel. I really appriciate you.
First month in, and I made $4,432 in sales. I couldn't believe it. That was already half of what I invested in the plan, so I felt like, okay, maybe this is actually going somewhere. I didn't even have my own product listings at first I was just sharing them with other sellers, which I didn't expect to work at all, but I still got sales. Only thing was, it kinda hit a ceiling. It felt like there was a cap on how much I could make while sharing listings with others.
So, I upgraded and added the Buy Box so I could have my own dedicated product listings. That was another big step because now I actually control the pricing and don't have to fight with other sellers. I'm really looking forward to seeing how that plays out, and then, eventually, I want to try Amazon Prime. I see other sellers doing Prime and making way more, so that's my next goal.
One thing I will say is the support has been really solid. It doesn't feel like some generic customer service where they just copy-paste answers. They actually help you based on your store and where you're at. I had a ton of questions in the beginning, and they walked me through everything without making me feel dumb for not knowing how Amazon works.
I won't pretend it's been all smooth sailing. It's still a learning curve, and there were moments when I was frustrated, especially with things like waiting for approvals or figuring out which upgrades were worth it. But at the end of the day, making $4,432 in my first month on Amazon—when I had zero experience before tells me I made the right choice.
Now, it's just about scaling and seeing where it can go. If you're on the fence like I was, I'd say give it a shot, but don't expect magic overnight. Just follow the process, ask questions, and keep reinvesting. That's what I'm doing, and so far, it's working out.
When I signed up, I thought I'd see sales immediately, but it took some time for things to gain traction, and I wasn't sure if it was actually going to work. For a while, I felt uneasy and almost as if I got scammed because my Amazon account got deactivated but it was just because I didn't login for 30 days and it went inactive. Huge panic attack there.
Then, after a few weeks, the orders started coming in. I was concerned about payouts because I did not get them for about two months and a balance of $8,400 was sitting in Amazon. Turns out that it was just a reserve since my account was new.
Would I recommend it? Yes, if you're patient. If you expect overnight success, this isn't for you. But if you can wait it out, it delivers.
I am exploring all of my options but I had a very productive call with Kevin and I look forward to potentially partnering.
IF YOU ARE THINKING ABOUT STARTING A ONLINE STORE WITH THIS COMPANY JUST TAKE MY ADVICE AND STAY AWAY FROM AN EBAY STORE. I HAD ONE AND IT IS TERRIBLE. YES, IT IS CHEAPER, BUT IT DOES NOTHING. IT IS REALLY GOOD FOR NOTHING. I SWITCHED TO AMAZON AND IN MY FIRST FEW DAYS I ALREADY HAVE A GOOD TRACK RECORD WITH SALES WHERE WITH EBAY I HAD NOTHING. I AM GIVING A 5 STAR REVIEW BECAUSE WHY UNIFIED TOOK CARE OF ME AND DID NOT STICK TO THE CONTRACT AND LET ME GET OUT OF EBAY WITHOUT HESITATION.
Bad start. I chose the coffee store and some licenses for the products did not get approved for my name because of some past relationship I had with some supplier (that I did not have and know nothing about). They made me switch to the personal care store, which I did not want. Luckily, it seems like it is off to a really good start and it is making good progress with orders coming in. I appreciate how quick they were to handle this matter and that they credited me for lost time. After all, time is most important in this type of business.
Customer service is sub-par. I can ask the question in 5 different ways and the answer is the same. Or, it needs to get escalated. You can be a 5-star company if you get these clowns off the phone.
I hit a huge roadblock. I wanted to use my own Walmart seller account, but they told me I couldn't. They made it sound like it wasn't a big deal, but it was frustrating because I had already set up everything in my name. Instead, I had to use my husband's Walmart account, which made everything take longer since we had to update all the info. That part definitely annoyed me, but I figured I'd roll with it since I had already committed.
The first month was slow. I won't lie—I was getting really nervous. Sales were trickling in, but nowhere near what I expected. I kept emailing support, and they reassured me that it takes time, but it felt like they were just telling me what I wanted to hear. Around the end of the first month, things started picking up, and by month two, I actually saw real profits coming in. By month three, I was making enough to see why people were saying it was worth it. It was definitely a process, but in hindsight, it wasn't that different from when I first started my own stores in the past—it just took time for the system to work.
WhyUnified was an interesting experience for me. I went with the personal care store with amazon and walmart.
The good: Their automation works. Once my store was set up (which took about 8 days), orders were processed without me having to do anything manually. I didn't have to chase suppliers or handle shipping, which was a big relief. I liked how I did not have to pay up front of products and only as they sold. When I shopped around, every other place wanted a $50K up front investment for products which I thought was crazy.
The bad: If you're expecting to just sign up and immediately make thousands, it's not that simple. Sales ramp up over time, and you need to keep an eye on how products are performing. I had a week where orders slowed down, and I reached out to support. Mike explained how marketplace algorithms fluctuate, and within a few weeks, things picked back up. It's not a magic bullet, but it does work if you understand how it all works.
I made my money back in two months. Originally, they said it would be a month. Not complaining because there is no other investment that will make your money back that fast anyhow.
If things keep up at this pace, it will be a worthwhile investment for sure.
I've had my own store for 3 years when I joined whyunified.
Certainly I had experience running my store and had different suppliers but the issue with these other suppliers was that they could not provide any invoices for the products that they were providing so I had some issues with my seller account and got suspended for FBM. Started looking for other alternatives when I found whyunified on my facebook feed.
I booked a call because I saw they offered access to brand-named products and include the licensing, invoices, etc. They also said they offered a guarantee so that's what made me sign up.
First 3 months I only made $1,300 in sales but I have to admit I didn't follow their plan, I chose my own products, set up the pricing too low, I had years of experience so I just followed my "instinct". Spoiler alert: It DID NOT work my way. I contacted them asking for help and I was upset to be honest, at the moment I was blaming them for the lack of sales.
I appreciate that they were nice enough to create a strategy to improve performance but I had to agree to follow their guidance. Just after a few tweaks and small changes in terms of pricing, advertising, buy box my store completely took off and my sales increased slowly but I could notice the difference.
My advice for anyone that's interested is, make sure you let them help you even if you have experience, otherwise you will not get a good outcome. Buy Box and Amazon Ads are great to vamp-up the sales too. Without it, the process is slow.
My first experience with Why Unified was a mix of excitement and stress. Excited because I finally had a store running without me doing much, stressed because I didn't fully understand how long it would take to scale. My first few months my sales were up and down, not really stable at all. I felt like I was being strung along but six months in, I'm making about $9,000 a month and it works really damn well. I went with Walmart and added the "Plus" version of Walmart later on. I used my last money that I saved over the last year on this, and honestly, it was a gamble for me but here I am writing a positive comment. Glad I am not one of the negative ones. I don't know what they did, but it sounds like it went very wrong for them. Not for me!
I had zero experience with selling online, other than starting my Etsy store last year which really did not do anything for me other than give me hope and my dropshipping store that I paid someone $500 to build for me (went no where).
At first, it was overwhelming with Why Unified. I kept logging into my account thinking I needed to do something, but the reality is, they were doing everything behind the scenes. I select the brands I prefer to sell, set promotions, pricing and things like that. It took about a month before I saw my first big jump in sales.I had no idea what I was doing at first, but they walked me through what to expect and how to track my performance. I am looking forward to adding Walmart next month. I am waiting for Amazon to pay for itself first which should be around that time. Very excited, but also nervous.
I kept seeing Why Unified pop up and wasn't sure if it was legit or just another thing that promises the world. I had already tried starting a TikTok shop—thought it would be easy money, just post some videos and watch the sales roll in. Yeah… that didn't happen. People watched, liked, and commented, but barely anyone bought. Then I tried setting up a store with Shopify, spent money on ads, and actually got some sales, but dealing with long shipping times, refunds, and customer complaints made it a mess.
So when I found Why Unified, I was skeptical but also kind of desperate to find something that actually worked. Signed up, set everything up, and the first month was slow. I was getting impatient, thinking maybe I got scammed or it was just another overhyped service. But then sales started coming in, and the best part? I wasn't dealing with all the usual headaches. No chasing suppliers, no stressing over inventory—everything was handled.
The best part was being able to grow without making things harder for myself. I started with one sales channel, then added Amazon and Walmart, and things just kept getting better. Unlike before, where I was constantly fixing problems, this actually felt like a real business that ran smoothly.
That said, it's not perfect. Sometimes things move slower than I'd like, and customer support isn't always super fast. But compared to everything else I've tried, this is the first thing that actually worked without me having to micromanage everything.
If you're tired of trying to start a store and running into problem after problem, Why Unified is worth checking out. It's not an overnight success kind of thing, but if you stick with it, it actually works.
Answer: They are a legitimate company but the results are extremely poor. We've spent around $8,500 total including ad spend and their drop-shipping service. We've only generated $500 worth of profit. I would stay away
Answer: They're really quick. My account manager was always there via live chat and email anytime I needed him.
Answer: They are extremely quick to reply but you will always get canned automated marketing answers. Nothing will be unique to your account
