At first, I wasn't sure if it would work, but after about 7 weeks, I started seeing consistent sales. Biggest thing I would say for people that are new to this is to not give it time like other people are saying but keep expanding. Add more channels. I added the box addon and amazon ads things got a whole lot better. I am spending $5 a day in ads and making $300 on that $5 so it works. My only problem is whether it will stay this way or not. Lets see! I am hopeful.
Save yourself the time and if you are going to buy an amazon store then also get the addons with it. They work and they have increased my sales. I started without it, it was really slow and when I started complaining about it, they explained it and gave it to me at the same price I would have bought it at because it is usually more expensive. Now I have my own product listings and I don't share them with other people. Its worth it. Hope this saves someone some time (and money). Good luck ya'll

My store was up and running fast, but I felt disconnected from the process. Sales didn't start immediately, and I wasn't sure what was happening in the background always. Support helped, but communication could be better. Now that orders are happening, it's running fine, but I expected to be more involved.
Satisfied with my personal care store. Amazon is a pain in the butt with their notices and requirements. I am optimistic with the progress WhyUnified.com is making with my store and how they are communicating with me.
Terrible experience. Achieved negative 900% ROAS after 6 months and wouldn't even give me access to my own ad account or any native reporting. I'm not convinced they weren't pocketing my ad spend because how can you be that bad at advertising. Stay away.
Why Unified did a great job with creating an exceptional website. The process is smooth and simple. It took about one month to have everything up and running as it's supposed to be. Much better cost effective option that going to another agency and spending thousands!

I've been burned in the past and feeling skeptical but I'll update in a couple of months to one star or five stars depending on my results.
When we started we did not know what to expect or really what we were looking for but we knew that we needed more customers or we would have to close down. It was our first time working with a marketing company and it was hard finding something similar to what they offered because all of the other companies either just sell the software or just do the services and were really expensive. I had trouble with my store. They found the issues, resolved them and input funnels into our stores while focusing on some products more than others. Other companies I spent thousands with did not do this. I would recommend these guys.
Occasionally, we would receive "internal server error" messages when logging into the old dashboard during the evenings, which resulted in no data being visible. This does not appear to be an issue with the updated software.
We talked to so many companies but could not find someone who offered everything in one place it was either having to pay thousands per month or paying 7 different companies I have been with them for a few months and the results are good with clients finding about our boutique business

One of the best experiences that I've had wit a digital marketing company. Much different experience than what we're usually used too with others. Answer: They are a legitimate company but the results are extremely poor. We've spent around $8,500 total including ad spend and their drop-shipping service. We've only generated $500 worth of profit. I would stay away
