The plant that I ordered through Groupon sent by Gardening Express which they said was healthy when I complained that it was on its last legs, has passed away as expected. Not worth complaining again. Total waste of time and money and a big disappointment. WILL NEVER AGAIN ORDER FROM GARDENING EXPRESS.
Paid for 2 plants via the Living Social Deal- received nothing! Stating initially that they had been let down by their suppliers, then they claimed that my order was packed but didn't meet their 'high quality standards', then when I received nothing after 5 weeks of waiting they are now stating that they cannot locate my order so they wont be sending the plans NOR refund the money! I'm furious that they can take money and send nothing. Utter con merchants
A nice website, but:
- Took more than two weeks to arrive (not a problem, but far from 'express')
- Delivered by the dreaded Hermes
- Plant was severely damaged
- The cardboard packaging was completely inadequate
- The "classic white display pot" was a cheap plastic planter.
Money taken immediately but order never arrives on hold for over an hour on the phone before admitting defeat and hanging up, tickets raised are ignored for weeks, I can't comment on the quality of the goods as I still don't have them, avoid this company at all costs they really are the pits

Order placed 27/11/2016 for Christmas presents. Chased by email (phone never gets answered) Eventually delivered 17/12/2016 in a very sorry state. Courier suggested I didn't accept them as she could see thru the packaging they were either dead or dying. Have since tried to contact them (no phone answer). And again I am told my password is not recognosed to reset it, warns you your query goes further down the line.
Im not sure this company is kosher. Think they are a rip-off or totally inefficient. Never dealt with a company like this before!
DONT USE THEM. BTW they took the money the same day I ordered.

I would also like to add l posted the review 25/08/14 2 years later Garden Express contacted me to say they would return my postage when l explained it was just over 2 years go & l didn't have the return details as they refused too pay l was told sorry without that we can't refund you what a joke
