Ordered, received 5 fruit trees. Had coloured tags no info on what fruit tree they are. Anyone ordered this package & can tell me? No reply from them.

Total rip off merchants, poor quality plants, you are lucky if they are alive when they arrive. No refund, no replacements, no customer service.
They need putting out if business

Just noticed your question you maybe have resolved this.The printed sheet that came with the trees indicates what the are, i have my sheet if you wish you can email me at harrybatty329@gmail and i will copy it across to you. While on the subject how have your trees been? Two apples trees are doing wellbut the other three are Dead! I have had no success with a response from the company and reading the reviews am not alone, if you have dead trees you have to return them at your cost and then pay them £4.95 per tree for replacements, this is laughable as they only cost £5 in the first place so its no compensation at all. From my interactions with them. This company seems to be a rip-off merchant. I recommend you try to take it to credit card dispute if i it was a recent purchase.

I rang gardening express on 01245 442511 spoke to a customer service manager on several occasions on this number, you just have to ring and eventually it gets answered.

I got a refund for 4 dead plants but haven't been able to secure refund for the rest of my plants I had complained about,
