Ordered, received 5 fruit trees. had coloured tags no info on what fruit tree they are. anyone ordered this package & can tell me? no reply from them.

Answer:

Total rip off merchants, poor quality plants, you are lucky if they are alive when they arrive. No refund, no replacements, no customer service. They need putting out if business

Suggest complaining to the UK government's Coronavirus Business Complaints process as sadly many people have had the same experience including myself. Their Quality "tickets" process is all part of the scam.
