who is the CEO? All we can find is Chris Bonnett but no contact email address. It is pointless with the so-called "support" tickets. Zero support!

In the same boat! No contact details or Twitter account (which is particularly a shame!) but you can find him on LinkedIn under his name. With premium account (free for 1 month if you don't have it) you can directly send him a message.

I will do this next, although doubt it will help as the messages are private...
