I am amazed at how many times they have replaced my Gadget Guard at $5.99 as I am real hard on my phone. I just wish they were a little tougher so they would last longer, it seems like I could replace it almost monthly and I have also ruined the phone screen at times.
Gadget Guard FAILED to refund my deductible on a screen that got cracked using their product. I ate that cost, so overall Gadget Guard lacks integrity and then they want me to write a glowing review? Get bent, you owe me $100 of the $200 deductible. That your product works reasonably well is why I continue with it BUT when it fails, as it did you should make good on your contract. I thought about forcing you into Wisconsin small claims court but just didn't want the fuss. This all occurred March 29.
I'd go with another provider unless Gadget Guard makes good on their contract.

One star off for the fact that I still had to pay $5.99 to get the replacement and it took a week to arrive during which my phone screen appeared cracked and, more importantly, was exposed to potentially more damage.
Instead, given the price of this product, I should have been able to go right to the AT&T store, pull up my warranty registered online, have them put on the free replacement immediately, and then GadgetGuard can take their time mailing AT&T the replacement for their inventory.

My screen protector was cracked :( and I ordered a replacement - it was super easy! I received it quickly! :) Went on vacation... and broke it AGAIN less than a week after replacing the screen protector :( ordered another replacement and it came within a couple days - no questions asked! This is the only company I will ever use!
I was very hesitant to purchase such an expensive screen protector. But it's been the best decision I've made! Customer service was super helpful in registering my product. I was told by Verizon when u first bought it that all I needed was the box to register it. Turns out you need the receipt, which I did not have. Gadget guard allowed me to send in pictures of my box proving I purchased it so I could get the warranty. After dropping my phone face down on concrete the screen protector shattered and I had to get a new one. The process was supper easy, pay the shipping and tell them the address to send it to and it arrived in a few days. Super easy install and now my phone is good as new! Super happy with my "expensive" screen protector! It's protected my phone and their customer service has been more than helpful.
I received my new screen protector on Wednesday, 8/8/18. The whole reason I had to buy a new replacement screen protector was because I never received the one I had ordered before this one, even though it said it had been delivered.
While once the shipping process started I recieved my order in a decetly timely manner, I always get a little frustrated with how long the processing time is. Also, I never received a shipment email, I just happened to check my account's order status to get tracking information.
With that said, I do appreciate that you stand by your replacement gaurantee, as I can be a clumsy person sometimes!
My phone fell off the sofa and cracked the guard in three places, but the phone was intact. Getting a replacement was very simple. I'm not sure how to return the damaged guard, though. I would have thought they would send an envelope with instructions.

I have broken my 3rd screen saver all saved the screen and phone. Got the new one fast and now have them on my note pads as well. I would recommend this to anyone. Also unlike the plastic sheet protector this one does not get dull after a few months.

The person at the Verizon store put on my replacement screen protector he told me I needed to keep pushing down on the gadget guard at the very edges so it would seal better and I have kept trying that it doesn't seem to be sticking down and he said that dust can get in there so I'm not sure what the fix is if any for this problem but other than that I'm really glad it protected my phone. Delivery of the replacement screen was quicker than I expected, which is nice when you are trying to help protect an expensive item. The first protector did not last very long and I am quite careful with my phone/have a case on it, so let's hope it was a fluke and this new one lasts longer!

The replacement arrived broken so I reached out to Gadget Guard and they sent ANOTHER replacement for the replacement completely for free with zero hassle. As long as you register your original purchased protector screen within the time frame allotted they will replace them for free. Definitely worth the initial investment.
