The service for replacing these guards is great. Only problem is they don't last long. They chip on the edges very easily, and they start bubbling pretty quickly. But I just order a new one and they send it so I am not complaining.

I purchased my first Gadget Guard at my wireless provider and they installed it for me. After 2 days there's already a crack on the protector... that's fine I'll get another replacement. My replacement arrived a week after. Followed the instructions for installation... very happy it was easy instruction and guide. 3 days ago I had my phone on my knee sitting on the ground watching a video, the phone fell off and hit the pavement... big crack on the screen protector and spider crack on my screen... not happy... I have a protective case and protective screen... Considering I'm short hence my knee length is not incredible. I felt I have been jipped by buying this product and paying shipping for the other replacement... it didn't protect my phone for length of time I owned it which is less than a month.

The product was great however when I clicked on the tracking number it took me to my phone icon and when touched it said it couldn't be completed as dialed. There is glitch in the tracking system. Never could track.

As long as you register your original purchased protector screen within the time frame allotted they will replace them for free. Definitely worth the initial investment.
