Bought through AT&T (they installed it) when I got my new phone. After paying $40 for this thing, it cracked within a month! Sure, they have a warranty... but you have to pay $10 EACH time for "shipping" to get a replacement! The last screen protector I had I paid $10 for and it lasted the 3 years that I had my phone! My phone was in perfect condition! I am not happy with this product and will never buy one again.

There is a lifetime warranty on this product and this is my second replacement. I take very good care of my phone so I don't think this is a very well made product

I get the replacements when i need them, but i still have to pay the shipping we have 3 phones and i can order say 2 at a time under one shipping iti s each separate. They crack easy

AT&T made it sound like there was free replacement if I got this thing... so I got it. It cracked within a couple days... BUT, the real kicker is I have to pay $10-15 each time (for "shipping")! I'm now on my 3rd screen... and even the new one has a "mark/flaw" on it. I probably won't ever purchase one of these again...

WORTH EVERY PENNY

Some people think it's pricey and/or difficult to apply. The guard and the company have served me very well. Only on my second one is over a year and a half. I'd be replacing my phone for LOTS more if not for gadgetguard even if I had to replace it more often.

The screen cracks ridiculously easily. I am constantly needing to spend $5 on shipping for a replacement screen. I wish I spent more money on a better quality screen from the start.

2nd one i ordered in a month or so... 1st one didnt stay on just fell off. This one has huge bubbles everywhere. I had it installed at Be Mobile... paid alot for this to begin with.
