Would recommend to anyone. Using it on an iPhone X and my wife has it on the iPhone 8+ or 7+ we both broke our Gadetguards and needed replacements. They came faster than expected and we installed ourselves. Both of us are very happy with the results so far.
This is my first encounter with gadget guard; I've used several other tempered glass services before but upon the purchase of a new phone, the AT&T store talked me into this brand. Less than a week on my phone, the edge of the glass developed a small chip. This happened while o was standing in the bathroom doing my makeup... no major drops, bumps, falls... just the phone slipping out of my hand 3 inches above the counter top and the glass broke. Glad it was there Incase my phone glass could've broke but I also feel like it really shouldn't have chipped from such a small encounter. Anyways, ordered replacement immediately on 10/15/18, and received it 10/27/18. Slowest delivery of all the services I've used which is pretty annoying because everyone know the screen protector continues to crack over time, thus making my phone screen more vulnerable. Not impressed, and disappointed in multiple things with my first use of this screen protector.
My first on got a number of cracks on the edge from just being in my pocket. The replacement (paid $10 for shipping!) keeps coming up on one side. If I can get it to stay down and stop cracking on the edges, l'd be happy.
We'll see if this one last longer than a month, before breaking like the last one.
I'm not sure why I had to pay shipping if your product is supposed to be as reliable as you claim.

While I really appreciate the ability to have the gadget guard replaced, which I recently did and that process was seamless, I don't like that the guard does not cover the home button. That was the part that cracked on my phone within 3 weeks of purchasing the new phone and gadget guard, so the only part that isn't covered by this piece either physically or by warrenty. I can't speak to the process of this company paying for a screen to be fixed since as far as I knew my broken piece is not covered. Also, shortly after the phone broke, I sent an email specifically asking if the warranty would cover the home button being replaced (I finally found out that with an iphone 8 the whole screen had to be replaced due to the home button being connected to a circuit board, I believe) and I only received a standard reply email with instructions on how to file a claim. I didn't end up filing because I didn't get a straight answer and I needed my phone fixed as soon as possible. Due to this situation as well as the additional reviews on the product I will be looking for a different type of protection for my phone. These phones have become extremely expensive for an item that is used so often and had a higher likelihood of incurring damage.

Not happy with this product. I'm going to keep ordering replacements until I find something better. The brand Verizon used to sell was so much better, no idea why they're offering this overpriced option now instead.
Probably protects the screen but the actual product breaks way to easy. After installing the cover within the first week cracks in the product appeared without dropping or rough handling. Yes my phone did not crack but it would not have as the phone was never mis handled. I am sure I'm not the only one as my wife's brand new cover did the same. For 40 dollars it should be more reliable.

I like that it protects my S9+, but my 3rd guard? The 1st one, I understand cause I did drop the phone but the last 2 times, I don't know why I'm getting hairline breaks which spiders.

The replacement arrived broken so I reached out to Gadget Guard and they sent ANOTHER replacement for the replacement completely for free with zero hassle. As long as you register your original purchased protector screen within the time frame allotted they will replace them for free. Definitely worth the initial investment.
