Despite the wrong screen size being sent (I needed an IPhone X replacement they sent a 6/7/8 even after I confirmed my order being an iPhone X) the customer service was great and is sending me out a new proper size screen protector at no additional cost or return of the wrong product! The original tampered glass only lasted 48 hours befor they both cracked. I purchased them for $80.00. The rpl were $9.95 each and they were unusable. I shipped them back snd had to pay another $12.14. I will never purchase directly please refund my expenses on my card.
A week after I bought the gadget guard the protector fell off I put it back on and rubbed the edges for glue to warm up enough to adhere. Then it started falling off again that's when I ordered the replacement hopefully it wont fall off again
This screen cover has saved many of our phones. We have been using gadget guard for a long time. They are excellent covers and when something does happen to it, I just go online and order a replacement for $5. It's great! Totally recommend this product and company.
