It cracks too easily. I am dissappointed. I realize the replacement is free but the initial cost was expensive and every $10 shipping adds up quickly.

When my glass screen protector cracked after being on my phone for about a year it was very easy to order a replacement and the warranty made it so I only had to pay for shipping.

When I first bought this screen, I have to admit, it was a little pricey. But with the unlimited available replacements it is well worth it being how often my phone drops and the screen breaks!

We purchased the first Galaxy S9 Plus and that protector lasted until June before cracking. I now have to replace the other one I purchased in March. The rounded corners don't seem to last as long.

This is my 3rd protector. The 1st one was great until I dropped my phone on a rock the cracked the protector. Screen had no issues. The 2nd one cracked within two weeks of getting on. It wasn't Putin straight and had to be redone. I don't know if that had to do with why it broke. I had one on my old phone and it lasted the entire time I had it with no issues.

Received the wrong parts a few times but they fixed it no questions asked. I wish they had a number for customer service but can't beat the prices of these quality products

The directions were clear and concise, overall this is a great product. My whole family uses it. 100 words is too long. You have to find a better way to do this.

So glad I bought this screen protector. My original cracked and all I did was go to the website and request a replacement. Six dollars shipping is a small price to pay

Thankful it's just been my screen protector and not my actual phone screen that's cracked! $6 is a tremendous difference than $200 to repair a screen!

I get the replacements when i need them, but i still have to pay the shipping we have 3 phones and i can order say 2 at a time under one shipping iti s each separate. They crack easy

This is the second time i have ordered replacement Black Ice screens. The screens are great, my wife drops her 6S+ two to four times a day, so far it takes months before the Black Ice screen protector breaks, but the screen on her phones is just fine. Thanks guys you have a FANTASTIC product.

I have not received it. I have spoken to USPS, UPS and Fed Ex, no one has seen it thus far. Please advise on what to do next. Your assistance is greatly appreciated.

It's unfortunate that you use USPS in the shipping process. They delayed my order one day. UPS said a certain day to be received by 9pm and I didn't get it till the next day.

I'm very good w my phone, never have I ever gotten a cracked screen. But the screen case from you guys was awful. Especially for how much it was. I'm very disappointed w your product

Great product. I was surprised how fast I received the product. Very easy to apply. Seems to be very durable and even tho my 1st screen cracked it held up till my new one arrived.
