Ordered replacements with the warranty I had on the initial two I purchased. Customer service was helpful in walking me through how and took nothing to do.
This guard continually cracks. I'm on 4th one in a year. Sure they replace it, but with a $10 "shipping & handling" fee which means I've now spent $90 on a screen protector!

I have had to order 4 of these since I received my phone. When I ordered this time your send me the wrong size it should be for the iPhone 8plus and you sent the smaller one.

This is the second one & it has taken good care of my screen as I work as a tow truck driver. I would recommend that everyone get this product as they have shown great customer service.
Had to get 3 the first month, they all had bubbles and 2 broke easily. Swiping was harder and viewing reduced. Customer service was great but selling junk at a ridiculous price.
I have broken two within a month... not good for active people who keep phone in their pockets. If given a choice between this screen protector and another, I will choose another.
Free replacement is still more expensive than some new options at the mall. If I need a new one, I'll likely look elsewhere and suggest the same to my friends and family

The replacement arrived broken so I reached out to Gadget Guard and they sent ANOTHER replacement for the replacement completely for free with zero hassle. As long as you register your original purchased protector screen within the time frame allotted they will replace them for free. Definitely worth the initial investment.
