I will replace it very soon at the att store in the mall so they are responsible for its installation which they have seemingly not done correctly the last 2 times. I'll let you know...
Great screen protector & I love the idea of replacement screen protectors, but they take forever to ship out. It takes about two weeks from requesting a replacement.

I'm on my third replacement in less than 3 months. They continuously "pop" off when the phone is dropped, even on carpet or soft flooring, then they crack. Expensive warranty at $9.99 in shipping.
Received my replacement in perfect condition and a gentleman at our local Sprint store removed the cracked screen cover and installed the new one. I am so happy I had an expert install this!
For the price, i would expect these screens to not crack so easily. Other than that, it at least protects my actual home screen. Just wish the screen protector didn't need replaced so often
Screen was broken on arrival. Did email company and they sent another one at no charge. I've had to order multiple screen replacements and never had an issue before. I would recommend gadget guard.

My wife and son drop their phones a lot and I cannot tell you how many times, for a tiny shipping fee, the gadget guard screen protector has saved our phones! Worth every penny!
This is my favorite screen protector. I can not stress enough how much it protects your phone. I crack screens easily, but gadget guard has always left my phone with out cracks or scratches.
Customer service was easy to talk too. Haven't really had to use it but gives me peace of mind. Phones are expensive and it's nice to know I can fix it easily if needed.
First screen broke after 5 months and my phone screen cracked too. I paid $10 in shipping for a "replacement" screen protector and they did NOT acknowledge the issue of my broken phone. Installed the replacement and a few days later my fell off a chair, WHILE IN A CASE, about 16 inches and the protector broke again. Emailed the company and was completely ignored. Going to AMAZON for a new screen protector, even junk from China is better than this company.
I had my first screen protector for about 2 years, finally cracked it and ordered a new one with my warranty claim. Came quick and is now on my phone without any issues.

I have had to replace my gadget guard twice. I'm not usually hard on phones or cases but these seem to break fairly easily. On a better note, my phone isn't broken though!

The replacement arrived broken so I reached out to Gadget Guard and they sent ANOTHER replacement for the replacement completely for free with zero hassle. As long as you register your original purchased protector screen within the time frame allotted they will replace them for free. Definitely worth the initial investment. We very sorry to hear about your phone screen and your second Guard breaking. We understand how frustrating it can be to have protection on your phone and your phone's screen break anyway. Having a screen protector is a very good idea, as the guard is designed to absorb impacts and scratches so that your phone screen doesn't. However, nothing can guarantee that your phone screen will not break with an impact (or at least we haven't developed it yet). If the impact is hard enough, or at the right angle, your screen protector and/or your phone screen, being glass, can break. That does not mean that the guard is faulty or defective. You are certainly better off with a screen protector versus without and this is the reason for our replacement warranty.
