They stand by the warranty. Simply go to the site, log in and submit your request. You do have to pay for shipping, but that is less expensive than buying a replacement.

Bought gadget guard... 6 days later chipped and cracked (did not drop it) ordered replacement... Shipping charges were $15 Canadian! Fido store should have replaced no charge after only 6 days

My screen protector came quickly with excellent instructions and tools to apply it except for a credit card piece of cardboard to smooth it. The package was in good condition.
