I ordered this product the a few weeks ago. I never got the order even tho my email stated I received it. 2nd time around after contacting customer service I finally received my order. Disappointed that I had to order twice. I still don't know what happed to the 1st order.

I was really sad when my GadgetGuard protective glass was really too broken to still be safe to use. I bought another brand when I puchased a brand new phonecase... and it was shattered in 2 weeks, even if I didn't dropped my phone... I felt like I've been fooled. And then, I remembered that my GadgetGuard one was lifetime guaranteed! I was so glad! I regestered my purchase on the web site (even if my purchase was more then 2 years ago!) and claimed a new one! Took about 2 weeks to get to me, since I'm in Canada, but I didn't care! I'm so happy to have a really good protective glass for my Google Pixel 2 again! Yeah, I know, I'm 2 models behind, but I don't care, it's still like a new one, thanks GadgetGuard! ;)
I ordered the 13" reusable privacy display guard for MacBook Pro but I got one for a MacBook Air. I really like it though, good quality so hopefully it'll be easy to work with them and get the right one.
I like gadget guard, the only thing that sucks us you have to place orders seperately, so if my daughter's iPhone case needs to be replaced and my Moto play 2, I have to place 2 separate orders and pay shipping both times

Was expensive but the lifetime warranty makes it all better-thanks. Its tough and easy to install. I would have totally destroyed 3 phones without the guard
Ridiculous that GadgetGuard doesn't cover the shipping. Communication is very poor. Not once did I receive an email saying the replacement was on it's way.
Took me 2 min to complete my order for a replacement glass screen protector. I ordered it around Halloween and it got here within the 2-5 day shipping.
Company lives behind its products. I've had some bad luck recently breaking the screen or the phone store not installing properly, and they've shipped replacements no problem.

Answer: Yes. I just replaced mine, for free and free shipping too. The replacement arrived broken so I reached out to Gadget Guard and they sent ANOTHER replacement for the replacement completely for free with zero hassle. As long as you register your original purchased protector screen within the time frame allotted they will replace them for free. Definitely worth the initial investment. Their customer service has been really helpful and quick in my personal experience. I will continue to do business with them.
