I use to not think about putting a protector screen on my cell phones until I broke my screen and couldn't afford to have it fixed. I bought a new phone and had a protector screen put on it and when I dropped the phone and the protector screen broke and not my phone I became a believer. GadgetGuard was super easy to work with and its so much easier to pay shipping charges of 10.00 instead of 50.00 or more.
I sometimes drop my phone. The screen cover breaks. Gadgetgard replaces it for $10. I am on my 5th screen cover with 2 phones. (Only one replacement for the first phone, three replacements for the second phone.) Love them!
Keep these on my phone al the time, seems to protect well, have had my phone 2 years and the screen is still in great shape, and I attribute that directly to the screeen protector always being there. It is clear and has no screen distortion, no ddrag on the glass, can still play my games, highly recommend
I like the product but my first one cracked and it was easy to replace but I followed the instructions and it has a lot of bubbles and the side isn't sticking I probably can't get another one. I will probably have get another screen protecttor
Got a replacement for first GadgetGuard that I paid $50 for when I got my Galaxy8... cracked within a week... got a replacement... cracked the next day. Cheap quality... will NOT get another replacement! AWFUL!
I received my replacement screen protector in a speedy manner. In took it to my cell phone store as they originally put the original one on my phone when it was new. While Iit was marked as being for the correct phone, it was a little too large for my screen. The store had the correct protector there and graciously offered to put the correct size on my phone and said they would take care of the rest. The replacement was then comleted

The incorrect screen protector was sent even though I submitted the correct order. I sent a scanned copy of the correct model number as I had a print out from Verizon Wireless store located in Clinton, Illinois

I received a product that was not what I needed replaced and what I got didn't even fit my phone. I am not very happy about this because I feel like I cannot return this item and that I may have to go back to the original store I purchased my phone to buy another $40 tempered glass screen protector.
We have replaced our screen covers several times, and when my son's screen broke, Gadgetguard sent us a check for $100 within a couple of weeks.
My phone got ran over by a car at 45mph, and my screen DID NOT break with the cover on it!
Had nothing but issues with this product! Paid $8 for shipping, took a week to get it and came in a package that was not sufficient for "fragile" material and the product was SHATTERED. Will not recommend this product to anyone!

I had this screen protector on my iPhone and my familys iPhones because it was offered by our service provider. I was wondering as to why the sizes are inconsistent. My service provider had to change mine 3 times before I decided to stop because I didn't want them to have a lot of wasted products. I have the existing screen protector until now because I didn't want to have the hassle, but I'm still unsatisfied with mine; the outer edges are lifting.
I got the item and went and had professionals put it on and cure it. It was 3 days later that my phone slipped out of my hand and smashed everything including the LED. I need my phone because I am a counselor and do telehealth. What they don't tell you is you have to wait to get your phone fixed and somehow before that get another phone to take a pic of the broken screen. I did not have another phone for that My screen and led was 320$ that will not be covered.

After a little leg work of proof of purchase of TechTonic, which is a terrific product, btw... no stores locally actually "refill" the product. GadgetGuard offers refills with proof of purchase, however, a whopping $8.99 for shipping 2oz of cleaner makes the refill not-so-free. Gotcha. Won't refill again.
When we purchased our new iPhoneX's, we also purchased a BlackIce+ for each one. About a month after we installed the screen protectors, my wife dropped hers onto a gravel parking lot, and sustained a "spiderweb" crack in the center of the protector. Within 3 days of submitting our claim, we received the replacement! Great service, guys!

I received my new screen protector on Wednesday, 8/8/18. The whole reason I had to buy a new replacement screen protector was because I never received the one I had ordered before this one, even though it said it had been delivered.
While once the shipping process started I recieved my order in a decetly timely manner, I always get a little frustrated with how long the processing time is. Also, I never received a shipment email, I just happened to check my account's order status to get tracking information.
With that said, I do appreciate that you stand by your replacement gaurantee, as I can be a clumsy person sometimes!
Gadget guard was highly recommended by a store representative in our local verizon truly I and the woman who sold me regrets selling it to me. I purchased a moto razr and gadget guard was applied to the front screen and the inside screen which according to gadget guard is called the primary and is the only covered for reimbursement if it's the primary screen that's cracked, the packaging does not say that anywhere on it and why wouldn't it be covered if it's a different screen? That's absoulte nonsense and the reimbursement is complete and utter bull$#*!. I am not happy and will do everything in my power to detour any future purchases from your company!
Answer: Yes. I just replaced mine, for free and free shipping too. The replacement arrived broken so I reached out to Gadget Guard and they sent ANOTHER replacement for the replacement completely for free with zero hassle. As long as you register your original purchased protector screen within the time frame allotted they will replace them for free. Definitely worth the initial investment. Their customer service has been really helpful and quick in my personal experience. I will continue to do business with them.
