My replacement arrived cracked horizontally across the middle of the screen. Then, after I emailed your company, I received a reply saying my name and order couldn't be found. I responded with a copy of my order confirmation. I have heard nothing since, (2 days later), and I have a cracked screen protector on my phone.
After a couple of months, the adhesive strips on the Gadgetguard for my Samsung S9 (side edges of the screen are curved) wouldn't stay in place. I followed the installation instructions with the replacement glass I requested, but it started to do the same thing almost immediately. With the GG glass in place, I pointed a hairdryer at the glass until the glass was warm, but not hot--about 20 seconds. So far the GG glass has remained in place.
This screensaver has saved my butt more times than I can say. I am always dropping my phone. This is the 2nd time I have replaced the screensaver and each time I only have to pay a minimal charge, far less than if I have to replace the actual phone screen. The new screen comes in a well padded envelope and they follow up with you to make sure you received the product. I will definitely purchase this screensaver again when I purchase my next phone!
I received my screen in the package that was marked correctly but the contents was the wrong screen.
So we had to reorder another screen which was fine and correct, BUT
Anouther $8.00 shipping and handling out of my pocket and Another week waiting?
And no offer of reconciliation or any response to my email!
Haven't applied to phone yet, but ordering and shipping was very easy and timely. I LOVE the product - am looking forward to taking the time and applying, replacing the one I have on my phone at the moment
Have had to replace 4 times in 6mos. I've invested almost $100 in covers for this phone. Never have I done this before with other phones or other covers either. Dont feel I should have to pay $10 to ship each time.
I wish I had known about liquid glass sooner, it is amazing. Before this I had gotten a crack in my screen and it was unrepairable and led to my phone not working. Since I've had liquid glass I have not had any issues or scratches. I would highly recommend this product to anyone
Dropped my phone and the gadget guard shatter leaving my new phone completely undamaged. Very happy with the performance of this product as well as how non-descript it is visually. Very happy and would purchase this bit of important insurance for such expensive devices for my next phone.
Have had one on a previous phone and loved it. Put one on my new phone and was unlucky enough to knock it off a chair the 2nd week I had it. It did it's job and protected the phone screen! Called and they sent a new one within 5 or 6 days.
I received my orderAnd the next day it's already got parts that are peeling back. My first screen I only had for a month and I had several areas that were peeling back. I have not dropped my phone at all.
The original tampered glass only lasted 48 hours befor they both cracked. I purchased them for $80.00. The rpl were $9.95 each and they were unusable. I shipped them back snd had to pay another $12.14. I will never purchase directly please refund my expenses on my card.
Unfortunately I am someone who has the worst luck with technology and any phone I've had, I've smashed the screen. I purchased the screen protector when I got my new phone, after destroying my other one, and it's definitely worth the cost. Most recently, my phone fell off a locker and hit right on the corner of one of the metal doors. Of course the screen protector got damaged, do to the force, however my phone didn't even have a scratch! If I hadn't have had the screen protector my phone would have been toast.
This was an replacement screen post insurance claim. I went with GG on a phone salespersons recommendation. GG customer service wasn't terrible, but it wasn't great either. Responses took 2-3 days to get answered. Unlike other reviewers, the protector arrived unscathed, but the packaging wasn't overly robust, and whomever packed it didn't get it all the way into the shipping envelope. This caused the internal packing to get stuck in the adhesive and I had to destroy the packaging to get it open/out.
Ordered replacement screen protector and recieved it less than a week later. Couldn't ask for any thing more from gadget guard most definitely would reccomend them in the future to anyone looking for a screen protector.
Love it great and I highly recommend anyone the service is easy and they do exactly what they say they will... my screensaver came less than a week and I also received email making sure I received it.
I forgot to keep the receipt for my wife's I ordered online but I still had my from the at&t store. My wife's only stayed on for a week and came unstuck so I couldn't get hers replaced. Mine fell through the couch and cracked the corner of the protector but the phone is fine and I now have the replacement protector.
For the price I paid for the original screen protector I figured it would not be a one shot display gaurd. No real surprise! I think I will not replace the next broken screen saver for the cost I basically just paid for 2 screen saver anyhow! I have phone insurance anyhow!

Getting the replacement was quick and easy, but I didn't like the fact that I had to pay shipping fees twice for 2 different replacements. I wasn't able to order both on the same order. Had to place to separate orders and had to pay shipping fees twice. I don't feel like I should have to pay a shipping fee for a warranty item.
My gadget guard screensaver has saved my phone twice. The gadget guard screen saver has shattered but my phone has been untouched. I will never go without this product! Each time they have replaced my screensaver for just shipping. Amazing!
My original purchase of my gadget gaurd in Janurary was about $50, I was skeptical at first being that all of my screen protectors from the past have done their job until they cracked. For $50, I didnt understand the difference between this screen protector and the others. The difference between the two is that Gadget Gaurd actually puts their customers first! Ive cracked my Gaurd about 3 times since, and have been able to place a replacement order each time, no hassle! Love it! Only $5 shipping and handling.

As long as you register your original purchased protector screen within the time frame allotted they will replace them for free. Definitely worth the initial investment.
