The screen protector certainly protects my phones screen but the protector itself breaks with the slightest touch, which leaves me with a "cracked" screen and constant questions where I have to explain that it's just my screen protector. This forces me to get a new one practically every month, which is $10 for shipping every time I want a new one. It's very annoying and I feel that they shouldn't break this easily
I enjoy having a lifetime warranty on the screen protector, but the last one that I put on lasted 2 days before it was already cracked (that was the 2nd screen protector.) The 1st one I bought lasted about a week before it became cracked, I am hoping this screen guard lasts longer before becoming cracked. I appreciate the lifetime warranty, but if the quality does not improve I will be buying from another company.

So far the best screen protector I've owned its really thick and strong no smuges and no bubbles if someone was to ask me about a screen protector I would recommend you guy because its really a good one
Its not have the same one I bought which I sent a picture in the email meaning if this one breaks, i wont be able to get a free replacement. Not sure how this would work after. I got it a few days ago but I'm not going to install it, I'm going to take it the to store I bought my first actual case because they told me if it breaks I can go back to the store or online but I still recieved the wrong one. And again the one I got in the mail does not have a orange sticker nor pin.
I love this company, always gualitty products and excellent customer service! I have used this company for over a decade and have never been disappointed. I have three kids and my screen protectors have always lasted an incredibly long time. When I do have to get a replacement screen the process is very user-friendly and they always arrive in a timely manner. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Product came in an opened envelope that wasn't the right size for the product. Shipping was fast, but never logged into system so it came before it was even logged. BUT a great product! Overall happy with the feel and look of the case as well as protection for me and my device!
The product is simply a screen protector ($9.95 online and a square gaurs that covers all the function buttons on the phone rendering them unusable. Yiu have to remove the cover to use your phone. Obviously all of the other reviews online are fake.
Great job yes. The shipping could have been a bit quicker. I have these on all the household phones and they are well worth there money. You cannot go without. Sometimes it's a pain to go to the store to have the new o e put in because I don't tginj I can do it that great! Other than that I love the fact that I can return the old one and replace it quickly.
The warranty is awesome. Its $50 for the first screen protector, but I paid $5.99 (just shipping) to get a replacement protector after the first one cracked. The first one lasted 2 monthsish, but that's pretty usual for me, so the fact that I can get the same high quality screen protector for $5.99 if it breaks is awesome!
Had the screen protector for 2 days and it cracked after never dropping the phone and then continued to spread due to heat. Also cracked when I mearly pushed on the screen to put my phone back in it's case. Lastly i could blow on it and it would detach from screen the adhesive was so bad.
I have had no problem with ordering and receiving new protectors. All I had to do was go online and order it. My only hesitancy is you can't order two in one sitting. I bought two at one time and wanted to replace both at the same time and couldn't.
You sent me the wrong glass. My phone is a Galaxy express 3 (thats what it says on the back). The glas you sent measures 2 5/8 X 5 3/4 while the size I need is 2 1/2 X 5. It was a much easier process than I expected, but was bummed that they wouldn't let me put more than 1 item in my cart. We are a family that has 4 phones and I needed to replace 2 screens so waited to send in a replacement request until I needed both screens. But I discovered that you can't do this. They require you to do two transactions so you have to pay shipping twice.
Company is happy to have you reorder replacement guards as much as you want, but beware if you actually need to file a claim! They lost a 800 # that is random 3rd party claims company that has a prerecorded voicemail telling you to email all your info, plus a receipt of your purchase to them. Once you do that they're supposed to get back to you within 24 hours to tell you what to do next. I am now on day 3 of waiting to hear back and you're told if you replace your broken screen before you hear back the warranty is voided. No way you can talk to a live person or file a claim from the actual gadget guard site that has all of your purchase information!

I can't say enough about how great the customer service rep was. I broke my phone and couldn't turn the display on so couldn't show the imei. The rep got on the phone with me and worked through my service provider to get my deductible back and sent me a more durable screen protector for my new phone. Would definitely recommend!
The product was great however when I clicked on the tracking number it took me to my phone icon and when touched it said it couldn't be completed as dialed. There is glitch in the tracking system. Never could track.
This has certainly been the best purchase I've made for any of my phones. Although it was about $50 or so for the initial purchase, I'm able to get lifetime Screen replacements for the life of of my phone. This was probly my 4th or 5th one. Thank you!
This product did protect my phone when the trunk lid slammed down on it. The replacement of the gadget shield was hassle free and fast. I am very happy I purchased this product for my new phone. I will be recommending this Co. And product whenever the topic arrises.

The replacement arrived broken so I reached out to Gadget Guard and they sent ANOTHER replacement for the replacement completely for free with zero hassle. As long as you register your original purchased protector screen within the time frame allotted they will replace them for free. Definitely worth the initial investment.
