I went to order Gadget Guard. I was told it wasn't registered. So I began the long process of emailing all required proof of purchase only to be told it was registered only I was doing the replacement request with as different email. Really? The pin number had been registered but I have 2 different email addresses and used the wrong one from original registration. Not sure why this made a difference?
I was thoroughly impressed with my Gadgetguard screen protector for my iPhone 6plus. After a few drops over the years, the only cracks were on the screen protector and not my phone. Then when I needed to replace it, their customer service was great and so easy to work with. I received a new protector a few days later. I look forward to many more years of phone protection with my Gadgetguard screen protector!
The protection works. Things i hate. Getting the item registered. To many steps, and a pain. Vs other Company who you pay for shipping and handling and they give you 3 months to return rhe broken screen, and it takes a week to ship to you. Is the only down fall.
These screen protectors do an amazing job! I have several young grandchildren who are very energetic, plus I am a bit of a klutz so my poor phone gets abused... a lot!
If it weren't for gadget guard screen protectors my phone would have been toast many times over. I end up getting a replacement protector every couple of months... much better a protector than a phone!

The gadgetguard really protects my phone screen. I love it. The screen protector will break but not my phone screen. Then the company sends me a new screen protector to put back on my phone to protect my screen

This is the second liquid screen protector I had for my phone and my screen still has a scratch on it. I put one screen protector on in May when I got the phone and it got a scratch on the screen a few weeks ago. So I thought I would order another on, to see if it would cover the scratch and it didn't.
My new iPhone would have been destroyed if I hadn't purchased this screen protector. I dropped my phone from the fireplace mantel onto hardwood floors and the screen protector was shattered. It was so bad I thought my glass screen was shattered beneath the protector too. So when I removed the GadgetGuard, I was so happy and pleasantly surprised that my phone screen was saved! I highly recommend this product! The ease of use is outstanding as well as the replacement steps that are explained on the website which got my replacement screen sent out to me right away. This is the company I wish all other product suppliers would model their warranties after!
Item is ok, but doesn't seem to hold up as well as what is claimed, item seems to break from a simple fall from the couch to the floor or a drop from the pickup seat to the floor board not as tough as advertised
I received a replacement and it didn't last a week and had a small chip that sent a crack across the new one. I am extremely careful with my phone and have a cover on it. The glass had to have had a flaw on it before I received it. I just received a new one so will try it one more time.
The shipping was fast! When I received the package it was in good shape! When I opened my package the glass protector was well wrapped and it came in one piece! Applying the new glass protector was easy! Im very happy with my new glass protector!

I purchased my first Gadget Guard at my wireless provider and they installed it for me. After 2 days there's already a crack on the protector... that's fine I'll get another replacement. My replacement arrived a week after. Followed the instructions for installation... very happy it was easy instruction and guide. 3 days ago I had my phone on my knee sitting on the ground watching a video, the phone fell off and hit the pavement... big crack on the screen protector and spider crack on my screen... not happy... I have a protective case and protective screen... Considering I'm short hence my knee length is not incredible. I felt I have been jipped by buying this product and paying shipping for the other replacement... it didn't protect my phone for length of time I owned it which is less than a month.
I bought Gaget Gard Screen protectors for three new cell phones and my iWatch, do to recommendation of AT&T Rep. I thought the price was really high for a tempered glass screen protector. Salesman told me you get free replacements for life if the protector breaks and $150.00 for screen repair should your screen break. So I thought ok, since I just bought (2) new iPhone XS Max phones, (1) new LG and (1) iWatch series 4. I needed two replacement protectors which Gagetguard did replace free? But charged me over $15.00 shipping fees for economy ground shipping. I could have bought ten of the brand I used to use from Amazon and got free shipping cheaper then that shipping fee. The
IWatch protector fell off my watch after three days, I didn't even bother to get a replacement for that one. I bought a different one from Amazon much cheaper and it is working GREAT!
Odering was easy as all my previous info there. Did not have to worry if I was ordering the correct one. Came in the mail very quickly. It is so easy to remove the old one and apply the new one. Great company and product!
They work pretty good but could be made harder to break cause this is the 3rd I've had to order plus have gotten two from the AT&T Store since December of 2018 and even tho it's free to get the glass its costing$10.00 basically for shipping every single time! Shipping should be free as well! Not a consumer's fault that y'alls product that you all guarantee doesn't do and hold up and last like y'all say that it does and I myself personally don't appreciate having to keep paying all this shipping, y'all won't even let knee order multiple ones without charging me $10shipping on every single one! What kinda BS is that?!? So yea y'all got a good thing going but improvements could be made. Oh I gotta give credit to where credits due too.
