I like the products that gadget guard produces. The only thing I would say is that I don't like the liquid screen protector. A lady sold it to me and told me that I can drop my phone without it cracking and I read the product description and it's meant for not getting scratches.
Seems to be stronger than the first version of the guard I purchased. Easy installation. Only thing I don't like about the screen cover is the black borders on it that are on the left and right sides of the screen because it covers some of the infinity display
Went into the sprint store because I forgot the name of the company. The man walked me through the ordering process, ordered it and it was delivered within the week. Took it back into the Sprint store and had my screen protector replaced in minutes!
I ordered a screen protector and on the package it stated it was the right size and model but after looking at it and comparing the new one with the old one clearly it is the wrong one. Now I have to wait for another one.
A day after I put on the new gadget guard, it already cracked. This is disappointing considering how much the glass cost to begin with. I am thankful for the replacement, but do I get a replacement for the replacement? I certainly don't want to buy a new one.

I put it on and it saves me buying a new phone if i drop it. It doesn't take long. The instructions are right in the package. Never have i had to overpay. Now that i got this certain thing insured from my U.S. Cellular i won't ever have to pay fourty four dollars again. Yay, even the wife likes it.

I have been using gadget guard products for over a year now and I absolutely love them. They do exactly what they say they do (has saved my screen a few times now) and I love the ability to receive a free replacement once I do break the screen protector. Amazing product and amazing company!
I was completely satisfied with the service that I received from Gadgetguard. I had my phone over two and a half years with a Gadgetguard protector installed at purchase. I had no trouble getting a replacement cover at no cost.
The only reason I still have it is or the phone screen guarantee. It's a little misleading to say it's free replacement when it cost $6 to have it shipped to me and it will fit in an envelope that costs $1 to mail. The phone screen protector is equivalent to ones that cost $1 each, so that's nothing special, the guarantee is the only thing that makes it worth $50. I guess I will see if it's worth it if I ever have to use it.
The first screen protector I purchased the sales person put it on my Note 9 for me and started cracking the next day after it was put on. I made that one last as long as I could when my 1year dropped it. So I had a other one sent for me did not know it would cost almost $10 for shipping (ridiculous!) I then had the new one on for less then a week. It was difficult to text after I put it on so was not happy. Then my phone got dropped and the whole screen protector popped right off. I am very disappointed and will be looking into different brands of screen protectors for my phone.
I sent back the screen protector days ago order number *******580 and I have not heard anything yet the email I received was not even a complete sentence can you tell me what the problem is am I not getting a refund?
I dropped my phone and the screen saver got cracked. I went on-line and was able to get a replacement for only the shipping cost ($5.99). The phone screen itself was undamaged so the screen saver did its job.
It was challenging to install by myself and i actually had to remove it and reapply it bc of airbubbles even though i followed the instructions but hopefully i get better. Overall great experience thank you gadget guard!
Have bought these for personal Iphone and IPad, and love these. Have started buying the product for work phones and pads. Have no problem with them. They do what they are supposed to do, protect the screens.
My screen replacement protector came in perfect condition, but the way it was shipped was odd. It was sipped without any protective wrapping on a cardboard sheet held together by rubber bands. I wish it came in a little btter protected.
Was a bit concerned with the initial price and worried about the lifetime warranty. Very happy with the ease to get a replacement - just the cost of shipping as I was told. Easy and quick to request and shipping was pretty quick!
Answer: Yes. I just replaced mine, for free and free shipping too. The replacement arrived broken so I reached out to Gadget Guard and they sent ANOTHER replacement for the replacement completely for free with zero hassle. As long as you register your original purchased protector screen within the time frame allotted they will replace them for free. Definitely worth the initial investment. Their customer service has been really helpful and quick in my personal experience. I will continue to do business with them.
