I was buy my phone and the black ice tempered glass in Jan 2018 and it work good I am happy with it but it was crack in the edge and center i went back to the store the said sorry they can not replace for me because i did not registration i was unhappy with them but

I got my screen protector very fast and it was extremely easy to order a replacement. The screen protector is a little bit smaller then the actual screen, it doesn't cover all the edges like I would want it too.
It said it would arrived on a Tuesday and it arrived on a Saturday I was very happy. Knowing that my order was completed faster than what it said, the tracking number did took its time to update for it to get to arrive at usps, but I have no complaints whatsoever.
I wanted to return my over priced gadget guard because it failed to protect my screen and I now have a cracked screen. I don't really want a "free" replacement but I guess I'll take it. Don't buy this product!
I am so happy I enrolled in the Gadgetguard program when I purchased my new phone last year. The screen guard cracked twice and saved my screen and I received replacements very quickly and for only the cost of shipping.
Store rep didn't know what she was doing. Have to get another replacement. Said it was defected. They shouldn't allow employees to have their friends/family in there standing around, distracting emplyee.
I am giving you a rating of 2 because it is hard to tell from the warranty which item I need to order. I need a cover for my iphone 7 plus not the iphone 8. It was hard to see what phone I ordered for.
I've had this screen protector twice b4 and never had an issue. This screen does not stick properly to my phone and bubbles pop up from out of nowhere. I'm not happy with this purchase. And I really like this screen protector.

I recieved the replacement glass pretty quickly, as I have the 2 times i ordered before. Unfortunately, this time it arrived damaged. I messaged the company with pictures and within 24 hours recieved an apologetic email informing me they were sending a replacement and a coupon for my next purchase. As I have never had a bad experience with my previous orders/replacements I didnt give a low star rating despite the inconvenience of having to wait longer to be shipped a replacement.
I bought my first gadget guard when I got my S9 Plus. Forgot to register it the first time.The lady at the phone store was so nice she registered my cover online at the store when I bought a new one cause my first one was cracked everywhere. When it came time to replace it. It was easy easy as pie. Just went online used my username and password. Followed directions and just paid shipping. I got it a week later. Nice kit.
I had misplaced the outer packaging of my Gadget Guard & didnt have my PIN number any longer. I contacted customer service, sent screen shots of my receipt and the customer service person got my product registered immediately so that I could replace my damaged product. This is the second one in one year. They break really easily. This one broke inside my handbag. It does protect my phone but I have never used anything like this before and I have never broken a phone.
I bought this item when I purchased my I phone. The screen guard cracked after about a year. I received a replacement at no charge except for shipping. I am glad I bought this item and highly recommend it!
It protects the screen great but its difficult to keep once the sides loose the stickiness. I got a replacement and its sticking fine but I have to press hard on my screen to be able to use it because of it not sticking on he center.

The replacement arrived broken so I reached out to Gadget Guard and they sent ANOTHER replacement for the replacement completely for free with zero hassle. As long as you register your original purchased protector screen within the time frame allotted they will replace them for free. Definitely worth the initial investment.
