I've had this screen protection on my phone for nearly a year. I rarely drop my phone, but the one time I did, the screen protector did its job! It was full of cracks, but not a scratch on my phone! It was still under warranty and the company replaced it free of charge.

I do have a constructive criticism; and request a response. My wife & I have Samsung Galaxy S9+ phones. We have replaced the screen protectors on both devices. We have had to visit the ATT Store where we purchased the phones for assistance. It is extremely difficult to get the protector to adhere to the screen because the screen has a curved glass. As a result, air bubbles are present. The techs at the stores are aware of the problem and have tried different techniques to achieve limited success. Have you worked with the manufacturer to explore/fix the problem?

When the protector cracked (and saved my screen), all it took was going to the website and requesting a replacement screen protector and one was mailed to me immediately. I work in an industrial environment and I have a Samsung Galaxy S8 Active, so it doesnt necessarily need a screen protector, but I like to be able to replace the protector when it gets scratched rather than scratch my phone screen. HOWEVER, with a single drop on carpeted floors the screen protector cracks. I continue to use it until the glass starts flaking off then order a new one, so I am not ordering one monthly but I do end up ordering one every 3 months because they crack very easily. Plus with this last one, the bubbles under the screen won't go away; its like the adhesive isn't as strong as it used to be... These screen protectors work but they are definitely average and not durable or long lasting.
I was a bit surprised that my original cracked in just a few months. There was no problem ordering a replacement under warranty. However, the "shipping" cost me $10US. Better than the original price at Fido.
My gadget guard came with my Verizon purchase of my iPhone. I was told it was a lifetime guarantee. I promptly ran my new phone through the washer and got a new one under the Apple warranty ($80 bucks for my stupidity). I applied for the new guard and after filling out the online form and forking over $5 shipping and handling (back a few years) got my new one. About 6 months ago, I dropped my phone again and thought my screen was totally shattered but turns out the guard did what it was suppose to and my screen was unscathed. Got the new guard for $6 S&H. I dropped my phone a couple of weeks ago, and again it looks like it protected it. I haven't done the replacement yet and there may or may not be a slight chip on the edge of the screen. The guard shattered but not the screen. $6 and another new guard and I'm be good to go. No hassles but I do let the Verizon employees apply the new screen as I feel it will probably look better.
I appreciate the lifetime warranty as I am hard on my phone and Gadgetguard screen protectors. I always receive my order in a timely manner, which is super important when it comes to protecting the screen on my phone.

This is the best phone guard I have used. My current guard got a very small chip on the side and when I used my fingernail to see what it was my guard got a "rock chip" on the side. Forgot this had a life time warranty, requested a replacement and it arrived within a few days. Installed very easily with no issues. Yes I had to pay a shipping cost to get the replacement.
I have had this product we placed about three times one time they weighed the feed the other two times I have to pay $9.95 it's a lifetime product but it's a lifetime of paying $9.95 and I've been going through this for a couple of years not fair product it's really not worth the $47 I paid for it if I can remember correctly but at least they are replacing it but they're steady making money not fair
I was a little frustrated that my protector got a stress crack within a few weeks if getting it, but replacement was quick and easy. If the product fails within the first few months, shopping should be free on the replacement
I just replaced the Gadget Guard screen saver on my phone for second time in 2 years. It had several cracks and spiderweb cracks from impacts but the real screen was perfect! No indication of the multiple drops and dings I had clearly put it through. Real protection!

The gadget guard has been good in protecting my screen, it seems to chip and crack easily. I have had my replacement guard on for 3 days and noticed it has a small chip on the edge. Hopefully it won't start cracking down the screen.

I will trust no other brand. :) I have used gadgetguard for years. I used one other brand once and was sorry. It did not protect my phone at all. This is clear to read and glass! It will break instead of my phone which is what you want. Plastic ones are cheap and foggy.
They are not designed good enough to stay on a phone when the phone is dropped. I have to order another one, one day after replacing, I dropped it and guess what, screen popped off and another one broke. I even have it in a otter box cover.
