The replacement came through pretty fast (from ordering online to arriving at my place, took 3-4 days). Having already registered my product, I appreciated the easy online access to request a replacement.
My Gaurd came well packaged and within 5 days. This is my second replacement, not one time has my phone suffered any damage when dropped but the Gaurd didn't survive. I would've taken a picture but I threw Gaurd away.
Love this product and so thankful the AT&T store representative suggested it when I bought my Iphone. I didn't think I needed one, but after dropping my phone accidentally in a restaurant I noticed the screen was cracked. I was sure it was my phone, but my kids said it was probably the screen protector (I am not technically savvy and they installed it in the store). I ordered a replacement, which was simple and only paid for shipping. I received it within a week and took it to AT&T to install again. So easy and worth the upfront cost--would have been so upset had it been my phone screen.
Just received, still need to go to store to put on. Hopefully, it will last longer than a month for the price I paid. Yes, the replacement was free, but still had to pay the shipping and the trouble of going back to the store to put on as they suggested to me.
A week after I bought the gadget guard the protector fell off I put it back on and rubbed the edges for glue to warm up enough to adhere. Then it started falling off again that's when I ordered the replacement hopefully it wont fall off again
Got my replacement guard in about a week. I didn't keep my original box however I know which item I picked to be replaced and I'm pretty sure I got a different one. A more cheap one. Maybe that is what's supposed to happen? I don't know.
I purchased 2 screen protectors. One for my wife and one for me. Mine went on perfectly as advertised and still looks great. My wife's on the other hand didn't. Up near the camera it would not adhere and I couldn't figure out why. I had done everything exactly the same way on both. Still it works well enough for her.
This is the first time I had to use the replacement deal and I am really thankful and impressed! And even more impressed that my new Samsung Note 8 is like new, even after the few drops. I just bought a pop-up to give me a grip on it!

You sent me my screen protector in good time, and it does work, but it is probably a centimeter or so smaller than the last one you sent me. I am going with it for now because I am due for a new phone soon and I am also going on vacation in the next few days, so I won't be around for a replacement that is the correct size as my previous protectors.
This company is great! Very prompt response to my claim. As it turned out, I didn't need to file a claim as I inly needed to replace the screen protector. And they sent an email with step by step instructions. Worth the price!

The tool has pegs that do not match up with the holes in the guard. Rendering it unless. I had to eye up the guard so this took several attempts to get straight. This caused air bubbles I could not work out

I had dropped my iphone and it chipped two of the sides, but my Gadget guard saved me. I requested a replacement and they shipped it back straight away. I went to AT&T store and they put it back on. No problems.
I have purchased Gadgetguard for my last three phones. Love their product. Bought my last one with the understanding that it was a lifetime guarantee. Now I find out that this is not the case and the guarantee is no longer 'lifetime.'
I have never had to replace screen protectors in the past. They have always lasted as long as I have the phone. This is the second replacement protector I have had to order since May 2019. I don't drop my phone. I have it in a good protective case but some how it chips on the edge and then splits across the protector.
Didnt take very long for replacement to show up. Quickly got it teplaced at Sprint store. Ordering warranty replacement was efficient and quick. I would recommend to friends and family. Awesome product.
After a few months I had dropped my phone and ended up with a cracked screen protector. I requested a replacement and with in a few days it showed in the mail. Instead of installing the guard myself, I went to my AT&T and had them put it on. Works & looks great!
I am impressed with the hassle free reordering process. I just wish there was an easier way to install the new glass. Some companies ship their glass in a plastic box that has a hinge and your phone on one side and glass on other and close. Then Shazam the glass lands on the phone precisely

Answer: Yes. I just replaced mine, for free and free shipping too. The replacement arrived broken so I reached out to Gadget Guard and they sent ANOTHER replacement for the replacement completely for free with zero hassle. As long as you register your original purchased protector screen within the time frame allotted they will replace them for free. Definitely worth the initial investment. Their customer service has been really helpful and quick in my personal experience. I will continue to do business with them.
