I've used this product on my S6, and S7, and now on my S9+. Always have protected my screen from drops, even though the protector shattered.
Shipping is slow, even after I paid for priority shipping. Thankfully they refunded my the shipping cost, but it took a week to get the product even with priority shipping on the label.
This is my second screen protector for the same phone. Package was delivered broken and pieces were outside of the original packaging. And same application issues as the first. Edges don't seem to fully form the screen and you can see that it does not fully set around the edges. I'll be buying Zagg invisibleshield when I update my phone. I have applied zaggs screen protector on five other phones in our family with zero problems. And it's cheaper
After 3 misrepresented emails saying I was not registered, I found a rep that located my registration with a wrong email. So much red tape, so difficult to deal with. Kayla was great, found my registration but shipping sent wrong size replacement. Hours of time. I called ATT and reported you as the worst company I have interacted with ever. They sent me $45 to buy a new screen protector. I will never purchase a Gadget Gaurd product again. You should be ashamed of yourselves. You are thieves.
I'm so glad that there's a lifetime warranty for my case because I really needed that. My little brother broke my last one because he decided to use my phone and throw it to me once he was done and it hit the wall and cracked.
My keys scratch the glass screen and then even the littlest of pressure will make the glass crack and I have to get a replacement. They last about 2 months then I have to get a new one. I will leave it on as long as I can b4 changing because of still having to pay shipping every time. They dont make any other cases that I can use for this phone that have stronger screen protectors. I have to say at least it is easy to get a replacement sent out. That I would give 5 starts for.
I have gone through a few guards now. The last two cracked in the first couple weeks. The second one I left on cracked because I didnt want to pay another $9 for shipping so I kept it on until it was too bad. Just received my 3rd one. Crossing my fingers it doesn't crack right away, too. Service and replacement has been awesome. No complaints there.
Great investment to protect my phone. Gadgetguard did its job and when I dropped my phone, the protector cracked a tiny bit, but my phone did not. I got the free replacement with no issues whatsoever. I'll be a lifelong customer!

I have used Gadget Guard for years. It really does work! It has saved me hundreds in screen repairs and phone replacement. When they say the Guard will break not your phone, they mean it! Their replacement guarantee is amazing, whether I break my Guard or just buy a new phone I only pay shipping for a new Guard and have for years. Finally a company that does everything they say they will!
I let my husband put the cover on and he left all kinds of bubbles in it. My OCD has me going nuts over this one. I am always breaking these things so it won't be long before I have to change it again. Wouldn't it be nice to make something that doesn't shatter! Especially for this price.
I like the fact that we can order a new one every time there's something wrong with the other one.
However, I think it's expensive to pay 40$ for the gadget at first and still have to pay 6$ For transport each time we order a new one. But that's the only bad thing
Had to go to at&t to order my replacement screen protector. Original broke. Sent me one in the mail, had to AGAIN go to at&t so they could replace it and the new one is defective, scratch across the front. So, great. Now I have to deal with doing this AGAIN?! Awesome.
I ordered two screen replacements, for my and my wife's phone. One processed right away and I received it, the other is still stuck as "processing" for over a week. With the COVID-19 thing going, I am okay with some delays, but I haven't heard anything at all on what is happening with the second screen protector and why it is still in processing. I would appreciate at least some response and status on the order.

My phone fell out of my pocket on to a ceramic floor. I had thought my screen had broken, but it did not. It cracked the screen saver instead. A new one was sent to me as part of its warranty. GREAT PRODUCT!
Delivery was very fast and I had no problems with the screen protector so far. The first of these screen protectors I bought when I purchased my phone and it lasted over a year even with my clumsiness.
With two young daughters it is extremely important to have a screen protector on the phones. It is great to know Gadget Guard stands behind the product and sends a replacement if (when :)) they drop and crack it.
Works great! A few have broke but my warrantee comes into play! This is a great product and I wouldn't buy from any other company. They are worth every dollar you spend to save you phone from breaking!
Keep your money! It's 40$ for the item to begin with then 7$ for each one broken or cracked! Go to Walmart and get one that lasted me over a year! I've had this one for less then a month and broken twice!

That said, screen protectors take the abuse of the world so that your phone does not have to. Unfortunately, that means that some will last a really long time, and others will break, depending on the life of your phone. The type of phone can make a difference, as well. For example, if you have a curved screen, those are more prone to damage for both the screen protector and the phone screen itself. This is why we have our replacement warranty. My screen protector was cracked :( and I ordered a replacement - it was super easy! I received it quickly! :) Went on vacation... and broke it AGAIN less than a week after replacing the screen protector :( ordered another replacement and it came within a couple days - no questions asked! This is the only company I will ever use!
Answer: Yes. I just replaced mine, for free and free shipping too. The replacement arrived broken so I reached out to Gadget Guard and they sent ANOTHER replacement for the replacement completely for free with zero hassle. As long as you register your original purchased protector screen within the time frame allotted they will replace them for free. Definitely worth the initial investment. Their customer service has been really helpful and quick in my personal experience. I will continue to do business with them.
