I've had smart phones for several years and I only trust gadget guard to protect my screen. The products are worth the money and I love that I can register my product and have the safety of a warranty if anything happens. Ive never had a bad experience trying to get a replacement when my protector cracks, and I've never had a shattered/cracked phone screen. Will definitely repurchase when I upgrade to a new phone.
Great product! Dropped my phone on cement the day after I bought it! Thanks to my screen saver... no damage to phone! But the screen saver was broke in several places. Gadget Guard promptly sent me a new one to replace it!
I have a s21 ultra and I thought gadget guard looked appealing for the warranty. But the screen is a cheap flimsy piece of garbage. I paid 60+ dollars to see nothing but bubbles and peeling on my 1200$ phone. I have had 3 or 4 replacements and had multiple try to install them and it always peels after the first week and there will be at least 1 bubble. Worst part is when I asked for a refund when I got the product because I thought it was a glass protector they told me it had been too long even though we had gone through 2 natural disasters so I couldn't get it sooner.
You sent wrong screen protector it says for the correct phone but saver is not right one I enclosed 3 photos one of package one of protector on phone as u can see doesn't fit, an 3rd photo is of old protector
My boyfriend and I have been loyal Gadgetguard customers for a while now, me especially, because I'm constantly needing to replace my glass. I recently got a new phone, and with that, new glass, with a replacement warranty, which is super cool.
I only wish we could order 2 replacements under 1 shipping charge. On vacation both my daughters and my screen protector cracked so I ordered replacements when I got home and had to do 2 separate orders and pay 2 S&H charged.

They break too easy. My son and I believe there is a defect where the pen is placed. The guard always starts the crack there and moves up. The sensitivity is less. But, I have a warranty and I will continue to use them. I dont know of any other that would be better.
I'm so glad I purchased the warranty! It give me peace of mind, because I am really hard on my phone. I drop it all the time. This last time I thought I had damaged the screen for sure, but it was just the gadgetguard, which was replaced quickly.
I was sent the wrong screen protector. It's for an iPhone 6 not an XR. I under stand mistakes can be made, however the quality of the original was poor at best. Now $50+ later I have a cracked up screen protector and a wrong replacement sent to me.
I received my new screen protector on February 14th. I went to my Local Phone company. They put the new one on. After 15 minutes it had broken once again. Not real reliable in my book. Now what can I do?

Love my screen protector and the lifetime warranty. This company delivers their promise that you file replacement and pay the shipping. They quickly send you a replacement screen. I am not skilled enough to put the screen on so I take my phone into my phone store. They kindly put it on for me. I wish I could do it myself.
The site was easy to navigate and I received the new screen protector quicker than I expected. I love the fact that when the screen protector gets scratched up it can be easily replaced with a small shipping fee.
I purchased this product at Verizon Wireless. They installed the screen protector for me since they said they have done it many times. Verizon reps mentioned it worked great to protect against drops. I purchased on July 6th, 2021. The phone screen cracked on August 15th. Since I didn't register my product I am out of the warranty. So much for being a good screen protector. My fault for not registering in time. Their fault for not protecting my phone.
I believe that these are worth the price and the warranty. I have had to have this guard replaced three times and am so thankful they are covered. As badly as these shatter - my phone has always been perfect.
I am amazed at how many times they have replaced my Gadget Guard at $5.99 as I am real hard on my phone. I just wish they were a little tougher so they would last longer, it seems like I could replace it almost monthly and I have also ruined the phone screen at times.

Easy to order replacement and arrived quickly. Easy to replace. Love the warranty on these since they do tend to wear around the edges over time, but definitely do their job of protecting the actual screen!
I have broken my 3rd screen saver all saved the screen and phone. Got the new one fast and now have them on my note pads as well. I would recommend this to anyone. Also unlike the plastic sheet protector this one does not get dull after a few months.

The replacement arrived broken so I reached out to Gadget Guard and they sent ANOTHER replacement for the replacement completely for free with zero hassle. As long as you register your original purchased protector screen within the time frame allotted they will replace them for free. Definitely worth the initial investment. Their customer service has been really helpful and quick in my personal experience. I will continue to do business with them.
