The wording of your contract is not very clear. Secondly to communicate with you only by E-mail is terrible. In a couple of years I will not be able to because of Parkinson s Disease. Your company is not thoughtful of handicap people. Especially those who need you the most.
I had a black ice protector on my first iphone and it kept by phone from ever getting broken - and I drop it a lot. So when I bought a Second Generation SE, I had to invest in another black ice protector. Definitely worth the money to me!
My Gadget Guard screen protector has been a wonderful investment. I have a nice phone case and I take good care of my phone but inevitably over time my phone gets dropped and the screen protector cracks. But my phone itself has never cracked and I'm able to contact Gadget Guard for a replacement and I only have to pay for shipping! Gadget Guard is a Guardian Angel for teen phones. I would have replaced four phones by now. Yes, I pay $7 to replace it each time, but I've seen phones shattered and the cheap screen protector still intact... no bueno! Gadget guard is the way to go! :)
I love how easy it is to replace the screen covers. However, the quality of the screen covers is lacking. I receive my replacement less than a week ago, and on the second day after using the screen cover, it cracked just from being in my pocket walking around at work. This is a consistent issue Ive had with gadget guard screen protectors.
In every incident with my phone and the gadget guard, it has been taken care of with very professionally and in a timely basis. Great to see a company where you get what you paid for and respect as a customer as well.

My son broke my first screen by hitting it really hard with a toy truck. It broke the protector but not my phone screen. I quickly logged on and ordered a free replacement under the warranty protection and just got my new one. Works great!
The website is a bit confusing and with email communication was even more so until I went to the chat service on the website. No phone number for the customer makes it hard to ask for quick help and resolution. Once in a chat I got immediate help and resolved my problem.

With No pin, I no longer have a warranty, therefore it was a waste of $10. I would've paid full price to include the pin, however I did not know. So I now have another coat of this on my phone and an expired warranty.
I kept putting off ordering my new screen protector for my phone and by putting off, I mean a year. The one I had on my iPhone was a disaster, I finally ordered one under the warranty, it arrived in 7-10 days in the mailbox. I took it to my phone store they put it on and I could not be happier. No additional charge to me except for shipping which was minimal compared to the cost of buying a new protector. So easy to order a replacement - the second for this phone for our 18 year old son... the first one protected the screen but the protector was damaged. The second one unfortunately did not save the screen but still think it is a great product and would strongly recommend. I'd buy it again in a minute. Great product.
The Gadget Guard on my new phone, started cracking and then cracked across the whole screen. I was checking to see if it was a crack and then it just fell off. I went on my account and they offer a replacement with just shipping charges. It took longer than I expected to get it. I have installed it and now I feel confident that my phone is protected!
My screen cracks often. It would be great to be able to get 2 screen protectors in one order. I'm glad I have this and it really saves my phone, but it's like when I get a new protector, it breaks right away and I need to get another. Getting two at once would be awesome.

I appreciate the protection Gadget Guard provides for my phone. The only issue I would like resolved is the packaging. It's so large that it doesn't fit in my mailbox without bending. It's intimidating to open, because it says something to the effect of "Just rip it!" on the outside, yet it says "open carefully" on the inside. Packaging that is easier to open, and that fits the product better, would be appreciated.

The replacement arrived broken so I reached out to Gadget Guard and they sent ANOTHER replacement for the replacement completely for free with zero hassle. As long as you register your original purchased protector screen within the time frame allotted they will replace them for free. Definitely worth the initial investment. Their customer service has been really helpful and quick in my personal experience. I will continue to do business with them.
