These people are so shady. I ordered personalized masks and they sent the wrong name! They refuse to refund unless I send it back... all the way to China from NJ. Disgusting pigs. I hope they get coronavirus.
First, I'm writing this review because I was super angry at the the thought of getting scammed. I ordered these in Late March and finally received them In early August. At least they arrived as ordered. The masks are good quality, exactly as ordered, However, the shipping delay makes this product not worth it.
Ordered my Mask in April from Facebook of there amazing photos of Real Estate masks. Received package in June from China as there website states Houston, Tx. Emailed customer support during my time waiting for shipment and got a bunch of gibberish. Actually wasn't expecting the mask as they suddenly appeared in the mail only to get a mask to fit my 7 year old grandson who know where them. They were small as I am an adult not a child and I do not have a big face. Ordered 2 masked form Amazon and they are perfect for Advertising my business and tax write off. Disappointed at this company and will never order from Fuller Space again or recommend.
I ordered masks from here back in April. I received 2 a few weeks ago (end of June), 2 first part of july, and 2 a couple days go. I got 2 of 1 mask and I did not receive the mask i got for myself. I have emailed them several times. They want me to take pictures of all my masks (I gave them to various family members) and the labels that were sent with them. I did not keep the pkgs, and do not have access to the masks that I gave away. I just want 1 replacement, or a refund. They keep repeating i must take pictures. I sent copy of order, not what they want. Terrible support. Jodee
I ordered my face masks in April, and I finally got them July 29th. So I cancel my case with Paypal. I knew they came from some place called XingXiang, China, because it showed up in my tracking. Maybe it just took a while to go through customs? Whatever, so we eat some Chili and watch the latest episode of Last Week Tonight with John Oliver, and he goes on a whole thing about these Uyghur people being imprisoned in China and forced into abusive labor camps. He goes on to say that their plight might be personal, if not "right in front of your face." My jaw dropped. These masks were made in Xinjiang. They're fine, the masks. I know you're wondering. Receiving them made my day. Then John Oliver sort of ruined the day.
I have not received my order yet! I ordered in May. Glad I didn't need my masks to go anywhere. SARCASM!

I ordered a 3pack of masks from this company Nd have never received them. The tracking number they gave me says they were delivered June 22. When I checked the number on the 22 it said it was out for delivery. It wasn't until the 23 that said it was delivered. I reached out to say I didn't receive my order. My information on the tracking number has now been updated to say an exact time and location the package was dropped off at on the 24th. I have tried to reach out and Im told to go to the local post office to find my package. They can't do anything because the company refuses to give me a tracking number that would be valid for usps. I don't belive the item was ever sent and they were just manipulating the tracking information. I noticed the tracking info was always updated after I got an email from them.
I bought several masks from this company. I got the first part of my order about 3 weeks after I order. Those were right. Waited another 2 months only to get part of my order that was wrong. They were children size when I ordered adult size. In addition I never received all Of my order. Disputed with PayPal and was told to mail them back TO CHINA. I could track my return until it left the US because China does not have tracking. Now PayPal is still waiting for them to respond. Why is PayPal helping them out. You can see that others have told PayPal this is a scam...
Hopefully this company will do consumers a favor and shut down. Terrible customer service, products shipped only after you've disputed the purchase with your bank, and low quality products received with no instructions. Never again!
I ordered my masks in mid-March. I did finally receive them at the end of June. They were shipped from New York. Although, it took a very long time to receive the masks, they are exactly what I ordered and I am very pleased with them. They are my favorite fitting masks.
Placed order the beginning of April 2020, now almost the end of July and no masks. Keep writing them and get the same message over and over again. I asked for a refund and they said no but would give back 10% which I have yet to see.
Placed my order middle of April and finally got my face mask first week of July. The masks are very good and the best breathable mask I bought so far. But I believe the company accepted too many orders that they couldn't fulfilled and decided to scam customers. Since the website is shutdown, I believed they have changed their company name to www.tomatos-store.com. BEWARE STAY AWAY! The mask are the same with different design.
I ordered a mask at the beginning of April, and for some reason the shipment left New York and went to Shanghai China. It didn't get here until the end of June. Everytime I contacted them they told me the shipment was still running on time. Considering they advertised a 3 week delivery time, it took almost 3 months to receive product. Don't order from them.
I will give a zero star if it was an option.

I ordered two cloth masks and two ordered of cloth mask filter PM 2.5 (10/pack) on May 10,2020. I received two packs of wrong filters on June 6,2020, and no masks. I contacted the customer service several times, no response back for weeks until much later, I got a response back said it's under investigation. Today, I received another email from customer service said they will give me 20% refund back to me. Why 20% when I never received my whole corrected order of $41.94? I want 100% refund back! Never ever doing business with Fullerspace again!
I ordered masks for my kids teachers in March with their school name printed on them. The package didn't arrive until late June.
What did arrive was someone else's order. Somewhere "Mrs. Rice" is alsp dissappointed and missing 10 masks.
I asked for either a refund or my original order. They are denying my request.
They've offered a 40% credit on my next order, for my inconvenience. I asked for a refund or replacement. They refused and offered a 50% store credit.
HORRIBLE retailer!
I finally got my masks after 2 months, but I gave them to my three year-old niece because they were so small! A waste of money! I contacted them, and they said I didn't qualify for a refund because that is the advertised size.
I placed an order near the beginning of the pandemic on April 15,2020. As of today July 11,2020 I have still not received my products. All correspondence is replied to with the same generic response. 3 months is entirely an unacceptable amount of time to receive my order.

I ordered personalized teacher masks in April. I didn't receive them until the middle of June. They had the wrong names on them! When I requested either a refund or exchange for my correct order, I was told they have no more supplies to make the correct masks. WTF? So it wasn't like they just gave me someone else's order and them mine, they never made my order and just sent me whatever they had lying around. On top of that, they are only willing to refund me 45%! Always do your research before you make a purchase!
It took about 3 months to get my mask. When it came it was not true to their advertisement. I took a picture of their advertisement, and how the actual mask looked
I order face mask several months ago and they keep saying that the merchandise was giving sent by the shipper. I must be a very slow boat from China because it never arrive and they will not responds to my email except to keep saying the order has shipped. Never use them for anything.
Answer: I requested a refund 5 days ago and did not receive a response or a refund - i have gone through my credit card company and paypal for a refund, but just did that today.
Answer: Took over 3 months and it finally showed up. They will not honor a return policy because it's out of the 30 day return. They said the only other reason they accept returns is defects so I'm stuck with a mask that I needed 3 months ago. Waste of money.
Answer: This is not a real company. They are a company that represents themselves as an American company, yet they are from China. They will try to appease you with apologies and promises to send your item just to keep you from calling your bank to dispute the transaction. They are taking advantage of the Covid situation and stealing your money.

Answer: Yes! I filed a claim through Chase and they were able to get my money back. Don't bother going through PayPal. They're a joke!
