This company seems to be a scam. I ordered cute masks for my clients on April 19,2020. The company claims to be a US-based company. They even send you pictures along the way showing the production at their facility in Texas where your product is supposedly being made, however, even though they supposedly shipped the items on May 11,2020 it is now June 13,2020 and I still do not have the items. I have contacted them several times they keep telling me that sometimes things happen in shipping and items get delayed, but the tracking information they give me is not real. I tried to track it again today (same result tracking Info doesn't exist) I contacted them again and got their same standard response about shipping being delayed. They are full of crap. I've asked for my money back but based on The other reviews here that's probably not gonna happen. Do not order from this company.
Masks ordered a month ago still haven't arrived although the company has a great auto generated email system. Can't believe this is actually a US company! Should have checked this site before ordering for sure. Don't get taken in by Fuller Space advertising -- their masks can't be so wonderful that it takes a month to produce and ship. Masks at least as good, and maybe better, can be ordered on Etsy and you'll actually get them!

I placed my order over a month ago, paid for expedited shipping and still have yet to receive it and cannot receive any correct tracking information. I can normally give companies a break if things happen and someone drops the ball. However, I have emailed over and over again just to be told the same thing that "it should be there soon." When there is no proof that it was even sent out! I would say this has been one of the worst customer service's I've experienced and there isn't even a number I can be given to talk to a real person for a refund. Very sad... Won't try to buy from this company again.
Ordered April 6. Began asking for a tracking number beginning of May - full of automated emails with a fake USPS tracking number. Would have given a total zero, but would not let me do any less than 1. Talked to my bank and had them pull the money back and dispute the purchase since I have not received anything from them in almost two months.
Placed an order the end of April and still do not have the masked I ordered. Thank goodness I am out less than $40 dollars but definitely should have checked them out before I purchased. I guess this is my pandemic scam contribution. And they are absolutely no help when you email the support email as you get the same message with no option for a refund.
Someone needs to stop these jerks! They are making a killing on all of us trusting Americans, that are trying to be safe and support American businesses. Just like everyone else I received all the fake emails that my order is ready to ship, but the mail is to backed up. So sad these kind of people exist. I was suspicious when the email said it would show up on my account as a paypal. I will trust my instincts next time.
I ordered 2 mask back in March and just received one today. I was going to dispute the charges but I wanted to give this company a chance since we have all been through so much the last few months. Mask does fit and I am able to breathe easily. I can't wait to receive the other. Mom always told me to just have patience and I did with this one and I'm so happy I did.
I order masks from this company on 4/25/20 and have yet to receive any product. After sending multiple emails to this company I continually get a pre programmed response with my tracking information and a "20% discount on my next order", as if I would ever order from them again. Their website says they are based in Houston, which is only partially true. The design the masks there and produce them oversees. I have insisted on a refund, but have yet to get anything from them in the way of satisfaction. Do yourself a favor and look at another company to buy from.
My story is no different from most who have dealt with these people. Placed an order on April 20,2020, received an email stating that my mask was complete and shipping out immediately. The next day I received an email stating that it would be delayed because of the virus but I could take 20% off my next order (seriously?). Finally on May 7, I contacted them for status and was told that they were unfamiliar with my order or contact info (even though they had contacted me 3 times. After receiving no response to my follow-up email I Googled reviews for this POS company and realized I had been "taken." Shame on me. My credit card company is working my refund.
False advertisement. This product was not made in America. I bought these masks with the intention of supporting an American company. I ordered these in March I still haven't received them. I have asked for my money back repeatedly and asked them to just keep my masks since they said it had been sitting at a Usps center since April. They gave me a tracking number which said it was in New York. I just received another tracking after requesting another refund, and now it says it's in customs because it was shipped from China. Do not buy anything from them!
I order my mask back in April and have not received anything. Apparently they sent me a tracking number a month later. I've been tracking it and supposedly my masks are in NJ USPS for the last 20 days. No movement... Ridiculous!
Do not wast your time with this company, they are absolutely horrible to deal with. They lie about status of product and shipping, unable to tell you where it is or the status of the status. My order has been awaiting item from shipper at USPS facility for over two weeks and they cant tell me why, they just say is on route. I am a front line worker and its nice to know they do not care about that or give you a truthful answer.
This is probably the worst company I've ever dealt with online. I ordered masks in early March. Almost July and they haven't responded to any of my 10 emails. I should have read the reviews before I ordered anything. Lesson learned! If you're thinking of ordering anything, don't. If I could give a rating of negative stars I would.
I'll never order off this website ever again. I ordered two masks one for myself and my girl along with the filters and that was over two months ago probably closer to four months and still haven't received anything. I even got it to where I could track the shipping and it at a standstill and never moved from it's quote unquote current location and the customer support won't even respond to my emails and I've sent numerous emails! Worse business experience ever!
Like everyone else, same actions same order. The trick is that there is such a long process and delivery time. I bet they hope you forget about the order. I've received emails and tracking numbers. I've also screen shot it all. I just received the email of not finding an order under my email. I will be reaching out to my bank and PayPal. If you order from this place expect to experience everything that people are posting on the company. In the exact order.
I would run away from this company! They kept telling my order was on its way and would continue to give me fake shipping numbers. Their is no way to contact them by phone. I'm in the process of trying to get my money back. This is a SCAM

I ordered 8 Masks in March. I still have not gotten them. I keep getting e-mails saying since the volume of orders are so high, it is delaying orders. There is not customer service #. I am in sales and it should not take over two months for orders. I keep e-mailing them and letting them know I want to cancel my order and I only get an e-mail back saying they will give me a 20% discount off my next order. REALLY PEOPLE - I don't want the pending order. Facebook should not allow them to advertise on there.
I ordered one mask over a month ago. Took weeks to even get the tracking number. Still no mask. Emailed customer service, they only say it's on it's way and offer a 20% coupon. WHY would I want to buy something else when I can't get what I paid for to start with? Never again.
I too ordered three mask and filters from them. My USPS tracking number also says it's in NY... It's been there for weeks now. I call BS on the whole thing! I have also disputed and filed a claim with PayPal.
I ordered a 3pack of masks from this company Nd have never received them. The tracking number they gave me says they were delivered June 22. When I checked the number on the 22 it said it was out for delivery. It wasn't until the 23 that said it was delivered. I reached out to say I didn't receive my order. My information on the tracking number has now been updated to say an exact time and location the package was dropped off at on the 24th. I have tried to reach out and Im told to go to the local post office to find my package. They can't do anything because the company refuses to give me a tracking number that would be valid for usps. I don't belive the item was ever sent and they were just manipulating the tracking information. I noticed the tracking info was always updated after I got an email from them.
Answer: I requested a refund 5 days ago and did not receive a response or a refund - i have gone through my credit card company and paypal for a refund, but just did that today.
Answer: Took over 3 months and it finally showed up. They will not honor a return policy because it's out of the 30 day return. They said the only other reason they accept returns is defects so I'm stuck with a mask that I needed 3 months ago. Waste of money.
Answer: This is not a real company. They are a company that represents themselves as an American company, yet they are from China. They will try to appease you with apologies and promises to send your item just to keep you from calling your bank to dispute the transaction. They are taking advantage of the Covid situation and stealing your money.
