Yes! I filed a claim through Chase and they were able to get my money back. Don't bother going through PayPal. They're a joke!

I have been offered 50% refund. Thats the highest they've gone. Haven't even accepted that amount yet.

Before pursuing a dispute with the credit card company, I asked Fullerspace support three times for a refund. I was told twice that my masks had shipped so there was no need for a refund, but I could have a discount on my next purchase (like I'm stupid enough to give them more money). The final time I was told that they would give me a 10% refund for my inconvenience.
