Hi, has any of you done anything to recoup what you have paid?

I requested a refund 5 days ago and did not receive a response or a refund - i have gone through my credit card company and paypal for a refund, but just did that today.

Have been denied several times! Company needs to be shut down! Sorry company taking peoples money!

Submitted a complaint to the FTC based on another reviewer's recommendation.

I reported them to better business bureau for my full refund and they actually told bbb they didnt have my email on file, but I showed screenshots indicating that I paid with this email address. 5 days later and no response from business. This is crazy.

Yes filed a dispute with my bank on the charges...April 24th 2020 paid, June 20th 2020 nothing...

Because I finally received the product which is a child sized mask, not an adult one that I purchased under the teacher job tab. Paypal will not get involved. The mask on top is from Fullerspace and the bottom is from Amazon, both are to be adult masks.

I emailed them for a refund and a few days later I received my order. Imagine that.

I cancelled the charge with Bank of America. At first they were no problem and credit me back the full amount. Now they are requesting all kinds of proof and documentation that Fuller Space did not send me my order. They don't feel that the bogus tracking number where a shipping label was only created yet not shipped, is enough proof. Not sure how I can prove I did NOT receive the product. Apparently they are more willing to believe Fuller Space that they did send a shipment.
