I placed the order on April 18th with an assurance that the masks would arrive in two or three weeks. They had pictures showing a small manufacturing in America, but after a month, I realized that the product was being made in China and would have a huge shipping delay. I was given tracking numbers that were false and plenty of promises by people in their support department. I asked for a full refund, but they only offered small discounts ( like I would give them more money). The company is still selling masks under other names so be very careful about placing any orders through companies that may actually be advertising on Facebook or other legit sites. I'm now pursuing a refund through my credit card.
Omg... I have learnt a very strong lesson with this order. Read reviews on any company in future before placing orders. Website made you believe the masks were made in USA, then not untill I had first tracking email noticed they were being shipped over from China. Took nearly 4 months. Company was very slow at responding to any of my messages. Then not helpful when they did reply. Finally they offered me a 10% refund for the inconvenience, which I took, and now they have finally arrived and wish I'd have asked for a full refund. Tiny masks, not even fit for a child, cheap thin material, and can't even read the quote I chose as it's so bloody small... picture shows size difference from a regular amazon mask I had to purchase while waiting for order to arrive. Will NEVER use or recommend this company again... Waste of money...
Partial order of 1 mask out of 4 came 2 months after order. The other 3 masks and filters never got here, 3 months later customer service still only gives auto response. They are not shipped from USA like they claim, it appears they are drop shipped. Tracking never tracks, only says label made but not recieved by USPS. $100 down the drain. Wont respond to paypal or my emails for refund
I'm updating to add that I did receive some of my order today. It arrived from Jamaica, NY and was delivered by the USPS. I'm still missing filters and an additional mask. I placed the orders on April 23rd. Today's date is June 5th.

I've had the same problem that's been mentioned here, bogus tracking number indicating the product is stuck in Jamaica, NY, emails from the same 2 individuals and my products haven't shipped in over a month. #totalscam
I fell victim to the absolute GORGEOUS personalized nursing mask that was being shown on my facebook feed. I went to the site and saw nothing but positive reviews. It was late at night and I foolishly did not look up any outside reviews. Its going on two months and no cute nurses mask! They ignore my emails and just recently lied when I disputed through paypal. Talking about heres the shipping link and even the link was a fraud! Stay AWAY! But most likely you won't even see this review until its too late smh.
It's shameful but my review of this company is the similar to the others: My order is lost, the mask is in production, delayed do to high demand, has been shipped but no tracking number as of yet (waiting to hear from shipping agent). When I decided I'd had enough and asked for a refund, crickets. I filed a fraud dispute with my bank and got my money back for now. Do not do business with this company. Also, don't trust company's that advertise on facebook or instagram. They do not vet these companies to see if they are a legitimate, trustworthy business. Scammed for the last time.
Orders do not come in the amount of time the promise. You can only contact via email. After a month and a half the product showed up only to be incorrect! Would like to give no stars but not an option.
If I can give it a zero I would. A scam. Reported them to PayPal. Ordered a mask on 4/12 and was told on 4/23 it shipped out to their shipping agent and I would get tracking. Now all emails are being ignored. No tracking number given yet. Another company from China stealing our money. Shame on them
After reading the experiences here which mirror mine exactly, this is a scam. I received the same bogus emails with an inactive USPS tracking number. They seem to create a USPS label which generates a tracking number, but USPS site says they are still waiting on the package. I sent many emails to customer support and only got the same generic resented people are describing here... "Order is on its way", "Tracking number has been updated", can find your order under this email", whats your order number"... All a scam. I included my order number & confirmation of oder in every correspondence. They are just giving the run around. I am not aware of anyone ever receiving any merchandise from this company. ORDER ELSEWHERE!
Like everyone else, I ordered 2 on March 30th! Got an email on April 16th saying it's been shipped to their shopping facility! When you hit the tracking number, it says waiting for order to arrive to USPS. I'm so ticked! Guess I need to reach out to pay pal for a refund.
I only gave them a 1 because it wouldn't process without. I was in contact with a Kate Johnson who I'm beginning to think isn't real. They can't be nailed because post office restrictions, but ready to ship. I should have checked reviews when I ordered but I ordered in mid April over a month ago for our 12 people. How is this allowed to happen. I was giving them til fri. But after reading all this I think I better call credit card company in am and see what can be done. People suck!
This site is run by con artists. After a month and a half of demanding a refund the package arrives. Expecting the carbon filtered mask I got what looks like to repurposed pairs of girls underwear fashioned to look like a mask. Turns out they are a Chinese manufacturing company which explains their poor customer service. DO NOT BUY!
Same situation all the other reviews have claimed. Many email updates from them for several days (until cancellation time frame passed!) and then radio silence. When I contacted them to asked when it will ship, I got an excuse about Covid delays (all my other purchases from other companies have arrived!), and a discount offer for more purchased. No thank you! How about my mask or my money back instead?!
Does not take 6 weeks to ship an item from within the USA! Mislead by saying it was coming from U.S. Stop using covid as an excuse. I do not want merchandise not made in USA! Have asked several times for a refund and have been denied!
I've made three seperate orders in the begining of april yet I still haven't even received a legit tracking number let alone the product. Customer service just give me the run around pretending not knowing what my order number is or who I am. Either way they won't refund my money or give me my product. So do not spend any money with them let it be a lesson I paid for everyone else.
Be careful with this company. I placed a order April 14th. I still have not received it nor have they contacted me. Their website has no phone # and you can only contact them by email (red flag)! I would feel bad for someone who did not have a lot of money to spend and this company tied it up!
I ordered 3 mask for an adult and it took almost 2 months to receive them. They are barely big enough to cover a babies face. They are useless to me. Just a bunch of garbage and not at all what is pictured on their website.
Don't buy anything from this bunch of scammers and ripoff artists. The blue mask is a $0.95 mask I bought locally and the other is a $12.00 mask I bought from Fuller Space that was shipped to me from China. A bunch of crap!
Be aware of this company! I wouldn't order a thing from this company. I purchased two mask on April 4th and it's June 21st and haven't received them. I've email a few times and their response is the Covid-19 is holding up my order. While I know our country and mail may be a little mess up but after 2 1/2 months really... i ask for a refund and never received it. So now I will call PayPal and get them involved with this order, I'm not giving them almost $60.00..
As we have all seen by now, Fullerspace has been able to prey on the current posture of the world. Do not order from them as you will never see the item or receive any decent customer service. My advice is to order from someone else who has reputable reviews.
I ordered a set of masks a month ago and I've gotten several emails from them saying that my order is "going to be late and it's coming soon" and that "masks are back ordered because of demand", but yet to receive the masks. I'm beginning to wonder if this place is a scam.
Answer: I requested a refund 5 days ago and did not receive a response or a refund - i have gone through my credit card company and paypal for a refund, but just did that today.
Answer: Took over 3 months and it finally showed up. They will not honor a return policy because it's out of the 30 day return. They said the only other reason they accept returns is defects so I'm stuck with a mask that I needed 3 months ago. Waste of money.
Answer: This is not a real company. They are a company that represents themselves as an American company, yet they are from China. They will try to appease you with apologies and promises to send your item just to keep you from calling your bank to dispute the transaction. They are taking advantage of the Covid situation and stealing your money.
