I ordered a set of masks a month ago and I've gotten several emails from them saying that my order is "going to be late and it's coming soon" and that "masks are back ordered because of demand", but yet to receive the masks. I'm beginning to wonder if this place is a scam.
After placing a $100+ order (16 masks) on April 23,2020, and many e-mails about where my product was, and after bogus tracking numbers, I did receive the 16 masks on June 17,2020. First they came from Jamacia, then Japan, not Texas as advertised. Secondly, they do not fit. And after asking for a refund, they company automation tells me they are "custom" masks and are not refundable. So it is a $100+ learning experience. I am going to check if I can donate these to the local Children's Hospital. I think the masks will fit a child?
The masks look NOTHING like the advertising. They smell. They are built for children, not adults. The metal nose pieces are flimsy and mine was bent up. The filters aren't big enough for mask or face. Just sent pictures of it to the company. Asking for money back. Don't waste time or money on these scam artists. O stars.
As I read all these reviews I realize that all the stories are the same. Including mine! We all got scammed! It makes me angry how they pretend to be a US company. I basically gave up on them and got PayPal involved which was a joke. They did not help whatsoever. This company knows how to work the system. Why do you think they send you your masks in parts? So they can claim they already sent them! File a claim with your credit card and/or bank. I did and I was reimbursed my money! As for the only mask I did receive (I was still waiting on 5 masks and a set of filters) I threw it in the trash. There's no way I would EVER use a chemical smelling cheap piece of crap!
I have the same problem. I ordered 7 masks on 04/30/2020. I also got a bogus tracking #, where it said my order was in (Rosedale, NY), after I emailed them about my order. It is now 06/02/2020 and my order is still sitting in Rosedale. How is this site still operating on the internet. This kind of sh$$ will bring down e-commerce. It will get to the point where people will only deal with Amazon or the big box stores on the web. God help us! I also wish I could give -20 stars but had to at least give one for it to go through.
I placed my order April 26. All 3 of my mask plus 6 filters finally arrived today June 23rd. Although it took a very good time, I will say that my mask are just as I ordered, seem to be good quality. A bit smaller than my other mask purchased from others but it fits. I am pleased with my mask just wish they hadn't taken so long to get to me.
If you ever get what you ordered then I am impressed but they do not fulfill their promises as advertised. I understand the high demand but don't promise what you can't deliver. At this point with the money I spent I would call it theft.
I wish I checked the company out before I purchased. Like everyone else I received almost daily communication until the masks were complete. Then there was a shipping delay. And then complete silence. I will try to dispute with PayPal. Lesson learned.
I wish I could have given this scamming company a zero. I ordered masks in mid April with my favorite college team on the fabric. These masks are not cheap! When the masks finally arrived the third week of JUNE, they are so tiny! They look like they are made for an infant. They do not cover both nose and mouth. In addition to this they are so poorly made through they would offer no protection if they did fit. I feel so bamboozled!
On April 7,2020 I placed an order for $144 and the POS scammers sent only 3 mask ($24 each) until the end of June, I'm still trying to dispute to get my money back for the rest of my order. This company is a disgrace! How can you scam people with face mask in the middle of a pandemic wtf?! I hope the owners go to jail!
I placed an order for custom masks. The company will send you tons of happy emails about the progress of your masks and advising you of delays. Finally you get an email saying they are ready for shipping. The next day an email arrives stating that shipping is delayed because of the post office. No further happy emails and obviously, there are no masks to ship. I paid with PayPal and have escalated a claim with PayPal for a refund of my funds.
I received my mask today after waiting a month and a half. The mask looks nothing like the picture on their website. Poor quality material, the colors are not vibrant as shown on the website and its too small. I just wish I was aware of this site before ordering.
I placed an order with Fuller Space more than a month ago and to date, I have received no products. I just filed a dispute with my credit card. They will reimburse my loss to my credit card and will pursue this matter with Fuller Space.
How disappointing
Do not buy Scam company that was formerly another scam company and I'm sure they will flip to yet another one after this site fizzles out.
They only sent a portion of the order, after giving me a runaround about not being able to find my order.
I ordered 2 mask from this company and haven't received my order it has been long enough. They have contacted me once saying my order was shipped that has been 2 weeks and they will not respond to my email i can't even get a tracking number
I paid for two mask. It took 3 months to get one and I'm still waiting on the other one. Did I mention that I ordered two of the same mask?! I keep getting the same mail for their "customer service." I'm over it!
This company leads you to believe they are from Texas. Of course all of the reviews on their site are wonderful. Shame on me for not looking for reviews from outside sites. I ordered in April and I am still waiting and the bogus tracking gives you no info either. I contacted them 3 times and got the same 20% future discount bs from the same sarah smith that other received. I don't think these will ever arrive and if they do I suspect they will be garbage. I ordered these to go back to work as a hairstylist and have been back 3 weeks already so what's the point now I've already found an alternative.
So MAD. Same story as most everyone else's ~ they took the money, pretended to be from USA, and are stalling with answers and/or merchandise. I filed a claim with PAYPAL ~ I hope they can get my money back.
Never received anything has been two months first given a non valid tracking number over two weeks ago now given a new tracking number showing label created for over a week now. Do not purchase from them. They are refusing to refund my order.
I ordered the face masks and filters in April. One face mask that was just the plain cloth came in a short time, the pre-order masks still have not arrived and they were shipped May 22,2020. I do not recommend this company at all!
I must admit I thought this company was a scam. I ordered my mask in March and the tracking number they provided was not allowing tracking of the package. However, I received my mask today just as I ordered.
Answer: I requested a refund 5 days ago and did not receive a response or a refund - i have gone through my credit card company and paypal for a refund, but just did that today.
Answer: Took over 3 months and it finally showed up. They will not honor a return policy because it's out of the 30 day return. They said the only other reason they accept returns is defects so I'm stuck with a mask that I needed 3 months ago. Waste of money.
Answer: This is not a real company. They are a company that represents themselves as an American company, yet they are from China. They will try to appease you with apologies and promises to send your item just to keep you from calling your bank to dispute the transaction. They are taking advantage of the Covid situation and stealing your money.
