The best and fastest way to get your money back is to deal with your bank directly, they'll need the date of the transaction and you'll forward a copy of all email communications you've had with Fullerspace. Your bank will Credit the money back to your account and they will deal with fullerspace directly. This only works if you paid through your bank, I don't know what PayPal procedure is.
This company stole my money. Made up a tracking number and said it was on its way lies. I have emailed an emailed demanding a refund and a will not give it to me do not order from this company. We the people need to somehow report this company start a lawsuit and get our money back.
I wish I had seen the reviews before my husband ordered from them. We only received one mask and keep getting broken tracking links when I contact them about the second one. I guess we are just out our money.
I placed an order on April 23 for 3 masks and the extra carbon filters totaling $79.40 with the discount. It is now July 5th and I still have not received anything. The tracking numbers they sent me do nothing, each one states "label created not yet in system." I have contacted them multiple times and they tell me that they cannot find my order number even after I have given it to them each time along with the paypal address used! I have copied and pasted the order that they sent to me and they still cannot find it so they say!

I wish I would have came here to read reviews before I ordered! The masks look nothing like the picture and was so small (child size) it barely covered my top lip and nose! I'm extremely disappointed and it took almost 3 months to come in! I had to give it a star to write a review otherwise I wouldn't give them any!
Company seems great with prompt status of your order for the first two weeks-then they go silent! Customer service is email contact only and They give canned replies and blame COVID-19 for everything. I ordered 40 masks in mid-April and just received 20 of them on June 8th. The tracking number doesn't work for the other order and they are not telling me the correct one or when they will arrive. They did charge my credit card quickly back in April. Don't waste your money-they are an unreliable company!
Did not receive my product. The website looked American made including all the pictures they sent of their manufacturing site. I noticed the usage of language was off in their e-mail updates. The charge was made to PayPal out of Hong Kong.
I ordered masks back in the beginning of March and have made multiple requests to get a refund. I requested a refund long before they ever 'shipped'. For the past month I keep being told they shipped, bu the tracking numbers are always different and they never say which carrier they are being shipped through. I received two emails with the same tracking number replacement filters in one package and 4 designer mask in another package. NEVER SEEN THAT BEFORE! Like I said one tracking number now it shows they have been delivered and has not! I have a very reliable mail lady and I was home at the time of delivery. Been questioning the company with emails and all they do is send me an email that it's been delivered. Been fighting this for over a week. With post office and fuller space. Last thing I can do is call payment source and try to get refund for fraud. Those mask was costly! I wanted for my school bus so my special needs passengers would get a kick out of it and not be so scary. BURNT AGAIN!
I ordered masks in March. They finally arrived in June. They were more suited to a child than an adult. Very disappointing. They do not state the masks are made in China and have to be shipped from China. They do a great disservice by not stating the masks come from China. Their photos look like their products are produced in the US.

I ordered 2 face masks April 4th. After repeatedly reaching out a usps tracking # was issued 9n may 1st. It is now may 26th the usps has not received the packages and the company does not respond at all. I am reporting them to my bank as fraudulent charges!
At first sounds great - they send you regular emails with the status of your order. Ordered masks on 4/28/20 and still have not received them. The last email I received was 5/29/20 letting me know my order was on the way. Still have not received them. Definitely going to dispute the charges with my credit card company.

I too got suckered in by the beautiful pictures and professional looking website. I ordered a set of masks on April 28th and got several emails updating me on the status. But a month later when I still had not received shipping or anything they told me that it would be shipping in the next few days. I never received a tracking number and they kept dancing around every time I asked for one. Such a shame that companies are taking advantage of people during such a hard time. I'm glad I only lost $30 but I'm still angry that there are horrible people like this out there.
Took 3 months to get, the quality is poor and the women's masks hardly fit. The company is not from Houston, but from China. It appears as though the masks got caught up in customs in NY. I would not recommend. Definitely not worth the money.
This company is definitely Customer NO Service. Email only, takes days to answer and then with a non Satisfactory response. Took months to get my masks that were expensive and when I received them, they were teeny tiny! They don't fit an adult And barely fit a child. Purchased two masks with filters on April 1st. Have not received them or the refund that I asked for 3 times. When confronted they gave a BS COVID-19 excuse. I explained this is a pandemic not an epidemic and as an Infectious Diseases nurse I had looked forward to having a mask at home or as a back up.

Answer: I requested a refund 5 days ago and did not receive a response or a refund - i have gone through my credit card company and paypal for a refund, but just did that today.
Answer: Took over 3 months and it finally showed up. They will not honor a return policy because it's out of the 30 day return. They said the only other reason they accept returns is defects so I'm stuck with a mask that I needed 3 months ago. Waste of money.

They will try to appease you with apologies and promises to send your item just to keep you from calling your bank to dispute the transaction.
