I've been waiting for weeks for my order. Feeling scammed and based on other reviews guess that feeling was correct. All they do is provide a tracking number that goes no where and offer a discount on future orders as if I would order from them again when they haven't sent the ordered items. I am about to file a complaint with PayPal and the BBB - I know that will do no good, but they took my hard earned money and provided nothing.
I wish I had read the reviews before I placed my order on April 21! I have been trying to contact this company for days since I was notified of a shipping delay on May 3rd. I have yet to receive a response! Thought these masks would be neat to wear to my job as a letter carrier. What a joke.
I placed an order on 4/4/2020. I still have not received my mask nor have I received any tracking information. I had written back the 1st time on 4/16 asking for information I heard back on 4/20 telling me the item has shipped and I would get a tracking number as soon as they heard from the shipping agent. (this was from a Madison Smith) I wrote again on 4/24 because I still had not heard from them with tracking information and (this time I was replied to from Harper Smith) got the same exact message, that my item has shipped out and I would receive a tracking number as soon as they heard from the agent. Ok, I get the standard messaging but the same Smith last name from both reps? Yeah... THAT I don't believe so I guess i'm just out the $30.00 and am not happy about this at all and I am going to keep replying to them.
Ordered their printed face mask 1 1/2 months in and they said I didn't have an order, I tell them I will dispute the charge of 91.45 with my bank and get my money back next thing I know I get a your ordered shipped still 2 weeks after that nothing! I disputed with my bank got my money back but they fought it and sent a shipping confirmation so the won! Oh I finally received product but it wasn't what I ordered! I have pics of my ordered confirmation which shows what I ordered and I have pic of what I got! They falsely ships within 5-10 business days and make it sound like their on USA but buyers beware they are China based

Ordered 5 replacement filters, a premium carbon mask and two breast cancer masks.
Received 2 mask(regular black masks), no premium carbon mask, and the five replacement filters, all after waiting a few days prior to two months since I've ordered.
I placed an order April 2020, I was getting updates till time to ship. Now just a delay messages due to COVID-19. I place another mask order with a different company on 5/14 and the arrived today, same shipping company USPS. Wonder what next excuse will be
I have had the same experience as nearly everyone on this site. Ordered in beginning of April; paid premium for masks; got fake USPS tracking number; hilariously, received a notice from Fuller Space telling me they have fulfilled my order and asking me to rate my experience; still no masks anywhere to be seen.
Unfortunately I can not rate 0 stars but I never received the item nor a refund. The item never shipped from the company despite being given a tracking number but when using the tracking number it only states a label has been created. Do not order from this company!
Ordered 2 Mask beginning of April. After complaining I received an email with confirmation number. As of15 May 2020, tracking number still has not left or in the process of being delivered. I am in the process of getting my money back from bank and notify BBB.
I ordered set of 3 nursing themed masks on April 16th. I contacted them multiple times and got automated responses stating that my order was shipped and should arrive shortly. Then when I called them on it they claimed they couldn't find the order. Then told me it would be shipped soon. When I asked for a refund if not shipped yet there was silence. No response. 6 weeks and no merchandise. They should be locked up.
The masks I ordered on April 26,2020 were finally received on June 19,2020. They were the size of a child's mask. Contacted Fuller Space Customer Service. Sent photo of masks, per request of Fuller Space Customer Service.
7/4 Fuller Space offered a 20% refund to my account as a token of sincere regret also stating that the masks sent were the correct size. What a joke!
They send you weekly updates of order progressing and then it is ready but can't ship because usps is backlogged. They no longer respond and stopped with updates. They never give a tracking number either.
The mask i paid for was not the mask i received. 2 month wait and its the wrong print. Bogus tracking number, couldn't track this piece of crap. I ordered the purple skull with my name on the side. Is this a damn skull!?!?!
I ordered from this idiot of a company in April. I just received masks in June but guess what? They sent me the wrong mask. I emailed them to let them know and they are taking me through hell to prove they sent the wrong mask. I've sent pictures and my order number with the order details. I'm so pissed I ordered from this foreign company. If I could give a zero I would. They took advantage of people during COVID and I hope they get shut down, where ever the hell they are.
If I could give less than a 1 Star I would. Like many others they just give you the run around. Told me they couldn't find my order but you could charge my card. Thought it was coming from California now I find out it is coming from CHINA. Not Happy. Ordered this the middle of March still haven't received it the middle of May. They tell me it's in the mail stream for the last month! All I can say is STAY AWAY from them.
Purchase 10 facemask for 161 dollars and have not received since April 4. I bought this for our employees who are nurses that work in the field and every time I send an email they reply with a bogus USPS tracking number that has not been picked up from NY since 4/24... I wish I had looked them up prior to purchasing and read all the reviews that have had identical experiences. Do not buy from this place I am calling PayPal back to dispute the charges.
I ordered 3 masks in mid April, and now it's June 10 and no masks as well as no answers to my emails. I got an auto email on May 10 saying all that was left was to package and ship my masks--one month ago. At the end of May, I send an email asking for a status update, and the reply said "we would like to say your order is ready to be shipped..." We WOULD like to say?!? But you can't say for sure? I'm going to file complaints in TX and I'm going to share my horrible experience with Fuller Space on my social media with the hashtag #fullerspace. Please
I ordered a respirator mask two months ago and still have never seen anything. When I threatened to contact the BBB they sent me a tracking number that never was updated. Do not be suckered like I was.
This company goes by Rebrand https://rebrand.ly/b7hbqvkd and when you click on link it sends you to www.fullerspace.com. Do not order anything from them. They are a scam company Order the product as they had mask for many essential works like the United States Post office. Sent several emails told I could not get a refund because the mask were in product, next email they list the order and did recognize my email, the last two emails Sarah Smith Customer Service rep of course not her last name completed ignored emails. Phone number *******290 cannot leave message and no valid address on there website or with the BBB. Very made as people take advantage of the people who really need things.
I ordered my masks March 31st and finally got them yesterday (June 10th).
They kept telling me it was because of Covid-19. There were orders that I placed after this order and I received them in 5-7 days, 2 weeks tops.
The masks are not what I expected but they will suffice.
I don't plan on ordering anything else from this company.
Answer: I requested a refund 5 days ago and did not receive a response or a refund - i have gone through my credit card company and paypal for a refund, but just did that today.
Answer: Took over 3 months and it finally showed up. They will not honor a return policy because it's out of the 30 day return. They said the only other reason they accept returns is defects so I'm stuck with a mask that I needed 3 months ago. Waste of money.
Answer: This is not a real company. They are a company that represents themselves as an American company, yet they are from China. They will try to appease you with apologies and promises to send your item just to keep you from calling your bank to dispute the transaction. They are taking advantage of the Covid situation and stealing your money.
