Fraud
April 27, 2020

I bought 2 masks for $55.47 on March 28, they were suppose to be here by April 20.
Since April 13 the USPS tracking has them still in Rosedale,NY. I email 5 times the same Sarah Smith told me the status that I already knew, the second email she told me she don't have my information
The 3rd email she told me the same USPS status. The last 2 emails they never replied. Since than I contacted Paypal and my bank chase. Told them is a fraud and I got my money back

Scam Company

Do not buy from this company. So their advertisement thought they were legit. They never sent my mask. Ordered 6. My fault. I don't know where they are located but it is not the USA. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

I would rate this company a ZERO if I could... DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I placed the order on April 5th. I have been going back and forth with constant emails with no resolution! They will take your money and you will not receive your product! I finally disputed the charges with my bank. I gave them plenty of opportunities to send me my order that they so quickly took my money for and nope they kept and are still giving me the run around with every excuse in the book. Locate your order# and emails and screen shot those and send to your bank representative to dispute the charges and get your money back!

I wish I would have looked into this company before making a purchase. Of course I bought into the whole panic buying thing. Giving them one star is being generous in my opinion. You will show a charge from "outfitmodel" from Hong Kong, not Fuller Space from Houston, TX! Contacted Fuller Space multiple times regarding my order and was assured that my order was leaving production and on it's way to shipping and that I would have a tracking number shortly. Ordered on April 25th. Here it is a week later 5/19/2020 and no communication from Fuller Space. Oh, I was offered a 20% off code for my delay. Why would I purchase again when I haven't even received my first order!
Notified them that I am contacting the BBB and my credit card company to dispute charges.
***Called my cc company. They are refunding my $41.95 and investigating.

I ordered from this company on March 4. I received my 3 items on June 23. I really like the quality of the items. I want to say that it took extremely long to get the items I sent emails of which they assured me that it was on its way. They said well give you Discout on next item, however I was afraid that I was not going to get my items that I originally order. I thought I had been scammed. Will I order again from the company. Yes.

Like the others, I fell for the okey-doke. I thought this company was based in Texas and I'd get my masks reasonably quick. Well, it's been well over a month since I got the tracking number. It says my package has been in Jamaica since May 12. When I email the company, "Sarah Smith" just sends me the same tracking number and offers me a 20% discount for another purchase. At this point, I've emailed 3 times with the same response. I just want my money back, I'm being scammed. Thank God I purchased with PayPal. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!

I cannot rate this b*********** company because there is no scale to rate them It would be on a negative scale. Had I known that my money was going to be taken without getting any merchandise I would I would have never never ordered from them Yes they are preying on people with this pandemic going around. Somebody is making money and not delivering orders. You ought to be ashame as to what you are doing. The trade commission needs to close you down and the Better Business Bureaul needs to take action. Not to mention the FBI. This makes no sense. People are dying and you are taking advantage of folks trying to protect theirselves.
Your company needs to burn down to ashes...
How dare you!

I spent a ton of money for masks back the first part of April and still have not gotten them! When I inquire I am being sent a robo email from the same rep as all other emails saying that exact same thing. Then offering me a 20% discount on my next purchase. WTH, only an idiot would order a second time from this company! SCAMMERS BIG TIME! I will be disputing the money with my bank and a word to everyone, this is NOT an American company! Do yourself a favor and don't order from them or we may see more cases of the virus here! SO ANGRY!

I ordered a mask and filters a month and a half ago. To this date, I have never received my order. I have sent emails, no response. I will track them down and report them to TX Atty General. This makes no sense.

Tick tock tick tock

I placed an order for two masks on April 7th. A couple hours later I tried to switch one of the designs and was told the masks were already in production and the order could not be changed. Fast forward to April 20 - no masks and no tracking number showing the masks were shipped. An email to them got a response on the 21st that my masks would be shipped within the next few days. It is now April 29th; still no masks and no tracking number. I emailed them again today and if I don't get a satisfactory response I will be disputing the charge with my credit card company.

I am a postal worker that was suckered into placing a order for 2 masks and a carbon filter. The say that they have filled the order and have sent it on the way giving it to a so called shipping partner that there is no way to contact and it never gets to the usps and disappears into a black hole. Only order if you want to throw your money away. Fuller Space is a theif!

Ordered mask a month ago and never received it. Keep getting emails saying it's on the way. They offered a 20% discount on the next order. Why would I be stupid enough to order again and never got the first order? PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Hope they go to hell with gasoline drawers on!

Do not order from this company if you want anything worth the price and you cant wait three months to get. The masks I waited almost three months for were so small they would only cover the moth or the nose but not both the filter was curled when you put it in. I asked to return they asked for my understanding. AVOID THIS COMPANY!

I purchased 3 teacher themed masks so that I could have them for when I returned to my third grade classroom. They also had my name added to the front side. As of today June 27,2020 I still have not received them. According to the company they have been sitting at a USPS facility since mid May. DO NOT BUY FROM THOS COMPANY!

Ordered 2 fire depart masks and one ems mask with my name on it totaling 85.00 and back in april and they say they have sipped by may 1st but the postal service does not have it and im just getting bull from them, so tonight I have filled a report with the BBB on them and it seams that the BBB already has reports filed on them.

My story is the same as the hundreds of people that have come forward. I purchased 2 masks@ 80.00 in April and I never received them. I received a bogus tracking number. I called USPS and the tracking numbers are psuedo tracking numbers. I was told to report fraud to my CC company. Please do not buy anything from these theives exploiitng good people in the time of COVID 19. I will be reporting to the BBB and the US consumer affairs.

They took for ever to arrive, the quality so cheap, the size ridiculously small and customer service useless. Noting compare to what is advertised on their website! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ordering from fuller space!

Took forever

I ordered 10 masks on April 26,2020 and just got them today (June 6,2020). I was completely shocked cuz I thought I got scammed like most people. I saw the ad on Facebook and never read the reviews. All 10 masks were what I ordered and each one has 2 filters. I still wouldn't order from them but there is still hope if you ordered.
