Purchased masks on 4/27 and still waiting. I wish I had found this site before ordering, I would have stayed away. I'll be filing a complaint with my credit card company to have the charges reversed.
I order 2 masks for $68 total, and as I understand that everything is taking twice as long to mail now, I gave them benefit of the doubt and waited a month for an email saying they were even shipped... Never happened. I ONLY received any type of shipment notice after I opened a dispute with PayPal to have my money refunded. Magically I immediately got not 1 but TWO tracking numbers. Tracking code #1, sent to PayPal after the dispute was opened, said that my order was in Jamaica, NY. Where I might add it apparently still is to the day I wrote this review. Odd because this was suppose to be a Texas based company. Then they sent me a separate message with tracking code #2 that said it was is Oregon... Again, odd because why would a Texas based company ship out of Oregon and give PayPal a bogus tracking number for NY? I was already suspicious, but that right there sent up even more red flags. Well long story short the Oregon "order" actually got mailed and delivered to my address. However, what I received was nothing close to the $30 mask I ordered and let's not go into the fact that there was suppose to be TWO in the order totalling $68. I added pictures of the invoice to show what I had paid for and expected to receive, along with a picture of what I actually got in the mail. So yeah, I tried to do the "shop America" thing and this is where it got me. I'll just stick to ordering from verified foreign sellers on Wish instead... At least I got exactly what was pictured and I paid for through that seller.
Scam... sad, because we already stressed and then here they go taking people money. I ordered in April custom mask as well. Yet, to date no mask. What can we do as this can't continue.
They got me too! It has been over 3 weeks! Continue delays! First delay in packaging for 5 masks, really? Now, delay in delivery from Houston then NewYork

05/22 received a delayed shipment email with a random tracking number that I could not track
06/16 received delivery of masks tiny teal envelope looks like it came from China
06/17 contacted Fuller Space Customer Service requesting full refund
06/18 sent photo or masks, filters & package per request of Fuller Space Customer Service
06/23 sent follow email asking for update on refund request, received automated email stating
06/24 Fuller Space offered a 20% refund to my account as a token of sincere regret
I ordered 4 mask April 9th. After inquiring anout my order 3 weeks later I received an email from a Sara who stated my order had shipped! 2 weeks later I emailed requesting a tracking. Sarah emailed and stated more order was held up do to them waiting on supplies. I respond back with the question, " I thought my oder had shipped? Sara then responded she couldn't find my order using my email, i sent a copy of the confirmation, I then get a new email apologizing fir the delay.

Complete scam. My experience has been identical to some of the other reviews I saw. When my mask never arrived I requested a refund, but I was told to be patient. Long story short, I'm out $40.
I am the same. I ordered from fullerspace.com and remark.com April 15th and have received several replies from the SAME EXACT PEOPLE! Sarah Smith, Katy Johnson, Isabella Roberts etc. When I finally told them they were a scam and I had noticed the same names from the other company as well they sent me a "REAL" email saying that they were trying to clarify for me they were not fraudulent and that they were contacting their warehouse to find out what's going on and to get a tracking number! I have already filed a claim with PayPal, but I spent about $120 on one and like $88 on the other! I purchased for myself, friends and family. Big mistake!
Never received my masks and in the process of dispute. This company has lied about shipping. They say it's sent to someone ship out and then items stay in a Pre Shipment status and never ships
I ordered 5 masks on May 1. They charged my credit card and I never got the items. I have been trying to contact them. I'm getting the same generic email.
I made a purchase on the website on 4/16/2020 and on 4/20 I requested information when I was told that it would take 5-7 business days for processing. Shipping times typically take anywhere from 3 to 5 business days. The total estimated delivery is within 8 12 days. On 4/30 I received tracking information (that was already 10 business days from my purchase). I haven't received my items yet and it's been 20 business days. The tracking information provided shows the item is not moving. I have been in contact with Fuller Space almost on a daily basis and they keep offering me discounts to make me stop questioning what is happening but do not give me a solution to my problem. Today, 5/14/2020, I received one more answer with them asking me to allow an amount of time to resolve the problem. I paid for shipping and I don't understand why they don't ship the items again, expediting the shipment at their cost or simply refund my money. When i went on their website today and they changed the shipping policy to It will take 3- 5 business days for processing. Shipping times typically take anywhere from 7 to 10 business days. The total estimated delivery is within 10 - 15 days, which still makes my order late and I just want to be done with it!
I ordered 2 months ago and now filled a claim through paypal, I believe I have given them more then enough time to deliver. If I do ever receive them the pandemic will be over.
I ordered masks almost two months ago; still no delivery. I have contacted Customer Service only to get a generic response. I am going to be disputing the charges today.
I have had an order with this site since 04/2020, and still have not received my masks. My sister the same. I feel bad because I told her about this site, and yes how cute the masks were and the variety, as well as they had filters. I have emailed these people several times and received an apology with "your next order we can give you 25% off" REALLY?!?!? Why would anyone want to order from this place again, when they HAVEN'T EVEN RECEIVED THEIR FIRST ORDER! I have emailed them several times requesting my money or my order, along with a picture of my order each time I send my email. I received two masks that were NO WHERE NEAR WHAT I HAD REQUESTED! This is unacceptable and this website needs to be closed down. They are stealing money and causing stress, in an already VERY STRESSFUL situation.
I placed an order in April 2020. I just received the order after countless emails and 3 months later. I received the mask with two different names NOT THE NAME I PROVIDED! There were two shipping labels on my package one covering the other (Scam Alert). DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered a DEDICATED PRINCIPAL MASK WITH MY NAME but received a Dedicated Teacher Mask with Ms. Alice and Mrs. Z!
Took almost 3 months to get the masks we ordered. Customer service sent multiple different tracking numbers when questioned on the location of the products. Complete an utter rip off, DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAM ARTISITS
I ordered 3 masks totaling $88.11 the end of March. Per their USPS tracking number these items have been sitting in NY since the 16th of April. I've messaged several times requesting a full refund and I get emails back from Sarah Smith asking me to be patient that they are restricted on what can be shipped... WHAT? These are essential items. Long story short, no refund, no masks... Don't order from them. THIS IS NOT A UNITED STATES COMPANY, ITS OUT OF HONG KONG
This company is a scam. They charge your credit card and NEVER deliver product. Repeated interactions with their "Customer Service" result in lies and promises that product is on its way.
So much for this company/Preyed on the moment & I fell for it/Never delivered & had the audacity to offer me a discount in my next order - LOL/Ultimately, they will get what they deserve/I urged all to report them to the Attorney General's Office
Answer: I requested a refund 5 days ago and did not receive a response or a refund - i have gone through my credit card company and paypal for a refund, but just did that today.
Answer: Took over 3 months and it finally showed up. They will not honor a return policy because it's out of the 30 day return. They said the only other reason they accept returns is defects so I'm stuck with a mask that I needed 3 months ago. Waste of money.
Answer: This is not a real company. They are a company that represents themselves as an American company, yet they are from China. They will try to appease you with apologies and promises to send your item just to keep you from calling your bank to dispute the transaction. They are taking advantage of the Covid situation and stealing your money.
