Just like all of the others reviews, 6 weeks and NO MASK, with the same response, they send you a Fake USPS tracking number. All I have to say is that Karma is a Mother F'er, and you will get what you deserve... $#*!s
Same as all the other reviews - received several emails showing status of order processing - then they refused to provide tracking - never received my order - these people are the worst - SHAME ON THEM - hope they have bad karma for these horrible people praying on people during a pandemic!
I ordered 5 personalized masks and 5 replacement filters as teacher gifts on 4-24. I fell for the professional looking website. After several weeks I still had no tracking number and a bunch of automated responses saying "thanks for contacting us regarding your concern, I would like to say that your order is shipped out and on the way to our shipping agent. The tracking number will be updated to you as soon as we receive from them." Furthermore, I would like to give you a 20% discount off your next purchase, please apply code OMGSAM20 when checking out.
A few more weeks went by and still no tracking number. I saw the reviews on this site and then filed a dispute in the PayPal resolution center. After PayPal contacted the seller they eventually provided PayPal with a tracking number and sent me an email (on 5-22) saying that "some" of my items were on their way. One June 1st I received my package. They shipped 1 filter. 1 SINGLE, solid, FILTER to my house (from Portland Oregon) so that when PayPal was looking in to the dispute, they could use the tracking number to see that my item had been delivered. They have a P. O. Box in Portland, Oregon, which they use to quickly ship out cheap junk (that you did not order) so that, when you dispute it, PayPal can see that you received your item and finds in favor of the seller. Now I will be going through my bank.

Placed my order on the April 18th - after filing a complaint with ebay I finally received a shipping number - from CHINA PARCEL POST! Complete rip-off, now May 18th and i have to WAIT 30 days to get a refund because they sent this tracking number to paypal. Shame on them, taking advantage of a deadly virus to scam people out of money!

Not good quality, FOREVER to make and ship and receive 4 months is ridiculous. I would never recommend this company EVER. Then when you try to contact customer service it's only through email and you questions arent answered just auto replay from sarah Smith apologizing and offering 20% on items you would NEVER go back and buy this company is a rip off
This is the worst site to order mask. They don't give you a tracking number. But they be so happy to get your money. I will tell the whole world about this company if it's really a company.
I ordered 9 masks; 3 of which were personalized with my name on them; and some filters to go in them. My purchase was dated April 25. Like many here, I got the cute emails saying they were busily making my masks (in Texas, I believed...), then, no more communications until I complained. I then got a tracking number and it said that my package was with a third party and USPS was awaiting it. This lasted for months. I emailed the company saying that they were a scam and requested my refund. They assured me it wasn't a scam, but I threatened litigation on them... well, well, we'll... it's June 11 and I FINALLY got my masks. I'm astonished that I actually got them! They are a little on the small side, but they still fit on my face and they are what was pictured on the site. I will NEVER order from this company again because it took 2 months to get my order, But they delivered my masks so I'm bumping up my stars to 2. I wonder how many other people on here got their masks and never updated their reviews...
I ordered LSU/Saints face mask. I ordered 10. I received 1 penny mask and a month later received a mask of what I ordered except it would not fit a 2 year old. This company is a total scam. I ordered from Remarkgreen but the cheap mask came from Lushgoods and the packing of the piece of crap mask shows Fullerspace.
Order a mask first of April and getting false tracking information from the company. Will never due business with them. Plus I'm a first responder and ordered mask for protection. This is a scam!
I fell for ibuying facemasks because I trusted the address of Houston, and it was on FB, which had said they were removing ads from businesses that weren't legitimate. Ordered 6 face masks, also 2 cheap generic facemasks for $55 total. The generic masks shipped, PayPal considers this order was fullfilled. I finally received a tracking number back to Jamaica NY, which has never shown any activity. I filed a dispute with PayPal, they wanted me to submit a report to my attorney general, or an online website, neither have replied as of today, so PayPal dismissed my dispute. When I now try to get online to Fullerspace, I get a red warning from my anti virus that it is not safe. So I will contact anyone to get this company shut down, I will report them to the US postal officers fraud division, follow up with my state AG office.

I ordered masks from this company for a total cost of $35.64 on April 28 and to this day, May 16, I have yet to receive them. It is a sham and I hope however is behind this get what they deserve.
I purchased a set of 3 University of Michigan masks since it's my alma mater and they looked cute. This was around the time masks were mandatory here in Houston, TX where this company is allegedly from. I figured being here would mean that I would receive them quickly. I ordered on April 24 and just got them on June 20th. I of course complained after the initial emails stopped and was told to have patience because of covid and they gave me a discount code for future purchases as if I would ever again fall prey to their BS! After a few more emails asking for my order to be canceled and money return, the replies stopped altogether. This is the worst purchase ever, I just took them out of the bag and they hardly represent my university, the material is not high quality and worse yet the colors are faded. They are also tiny as if made for kids. I could not EVER be caught wearing these back home in Michigan unless I purposely wanted to be shamed. How awful for a company to play with people's emotions and money during this difficult time. Disappointed and mad don't even begin to describe how I feel.
Literally like every other review here, I placed my order and they continue to give fake tracking information and obviously refuse to give the money back. Do not be fooled like I was.
Order 6 Mask on April 24th and nothing and then today May 22nd the filters to the mask show up. I emailed them and told them I was filing a claim with my bank for fraud and that I was also filing an FTC claim for fraud and one with the FBI for fraud. I am hoping that I can get my money back with one of them. Please read the reviews before shopping here I wish I did.
I ordered several masks which came to over $80.00. It took a month for delivery and it was all wrong. I only received one and it was the wrong mask. Please stay away from this site.

I ordered 2 mask back in April, My order has been waiting in NY. I have emailed them several times, and I also keep getting an Email from a Sarah. I still have not received my mask and still cannot get a refund!

Answer: I requested a refund 5 days ago and did not receive a response or a refund - i have gone through my credit card company and paypal for a refund, but just did that today.
Answer: Took over 3 months and it finally showed up. They will not honor a return policy because it's out of the 30 day return. They said the only other reason they accept returns is defects so I'm stuck with a mask that I needed 3 months ago. Waste of money.
Answer: This is not a real company. They are a company that represents themselves as an American company, yet they are from China. They will try to appease you with apologies and promises to send your item just to keep you from calling your bank to dispute the transaction. They are taking advantage of the Covid situation and stealing your money.
