It is not me 15th I ordered this third week in March email say they don't know who I am I can't find my order I get a bogus tracking number after many emails with a sweet girl's name Sarah Smith which I'm sure is bogus they charged me a lot of money hair product image I never got I'm sure I never will from somebody named Sarah that's probably not even real and unfortunately I read reviews after I was scammed hopefully others read these before they order
It took 1.5 months to get this item.it had a tracking number showing it was in ny and never moved. I was supposed to be refunded 10% but never saw it.
I ordered 2 masks & 10 filters on April 15,2020 and the $ left my account on the same day! I never recieved a tracking number, though I requested one several times via email! ( what a joke!) All I got/ get is blah blah blah we want our customers happy blah blah blah! Lip service but definately no customer service! They offered me apologies and 10% refund! Haahaa! Plus I have nothing to show for my money, so I feel violated and angry! They dont even deserve 1 star!
I was going to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, but what good will that do since this sham outfit is in CHINA!?
I did file with PayPal, so hopefully they can get my money refunded. I have never had a problem on- line until now!
I did contact my bank and blocked my debit card and have to go to the bank to get a new one, which is a HUGE pain in the rear, as now I get to go to all my auto- pays and re- enter the new card! The bank said their fraud department looks into these matters and I will be refunded my money, she also said that this way they will have none of your banking info, since they're already thieves!
So my advice is do the same thing with YOUR bank to get your money back and always use PaPal for safety.
It has been over a month and nothing and all I get is a run around about it being shipped... shipped for over a month. They won't even refund my money. Stay away from this scam.
I ordered a mask on April 17th. Its June 26th and I STILL HAVE NOT recieved anything. I'm out $40. Don't know how to redeem this. Their website is gone. Just order from Wish. I do.
This company is a fake, I placed to orders for mask with them back in early April. I send numerous emails asking for my shipment or money back, I received a bogus postal tracking number that my product is at a post office in Queens NY. Todate I still have not gotten what I paid for. STAY AWAY FROM FULLERSPACE, wish I could give them zero stars.
Do NOT ORDER WITH THESE PEOPLE! A BUNCH OF CROOKS. I ordered over 2 months ago and still no mask. A bogus shipping tracker number and all was given, which states my order is in Jamaica NY since May 20th and yet today is the 28th. I live in NY!
It took about 3 months to get my mask. When it came it was not true to their advertisement. I took a picture of their advertisement, and how the actual mask looked
Ordered 4 masks in early April. Used PayPal so I have lodged complaint since no masks have been sent. I tried to reach out to Fullerspace but no response. So sorry I did not check here first. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!
I order the masks several weeks ago, and I never received the products. I have received one update saying the masks were finished, but that was weeks ago.
This company Fullerspace is honestly put together buy a thief or thieves! I ordered 2 mask and some filters, I paid $80.47 and have yet to receive anything from this company! I am so mad, but I know that what you do to others will come back to you! PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
UPDATE: Well I've finally received my masks and they are exactly they way they looked on the site. The only thing is they have a bit of a chemical smell so I will hand wash before using but I am very happy! They are well made and I have all of my order! I gave it a four star because it took forever to get them but at least I know they are a legitimate business. Thank you Fullerspace! Happy customer here
Well I have to say after reading these reviews I'm so upset about being so naive about purchasing from this site, but I have to tell you that I did at least get one of my mask and it was good quality and all the filters that I purchased. I didn't receive 4 masks that I purchased and I sent 3 emails stating that I wanted a refund if I didn't get my masks by the end of next week and I got a response by a different person:

I FINALLY received my mask order today! I DID dispute the transaction with PayPal and maybe that helped speed up the process - the order sat in Jamaica, NY for about 3 weeks - had I known that I was dealing with a company who used a Houston address but were ACTUALLY based in China I would never have ordered! They included five filters that I hadn't ordered - maybe because they knew there were a lot of upset people out here! The size is good on the masks, but the colors aren't as vibrant as pictured - duh! Here's hoping you all receive your orders and a good reminder to "buyer beware"!
I too, stupidly ordered from this company - I ordered three masks, paid the $9.95 extra for tracking and have received the same "update" e mails you have all received. I e mailed "support" today and gave them 24 hours to give me a legitimate tracking number and ship date or I will go to PayPal and report them as a "ghost" company.
I had place my order for 3 masks back in April and it is now May 21st... no support from them no tracking numbers nothing they are nothing but a scam and I am upset that I fell for this one because now I am out $70.00! DO NOT ORDER FROM FULLERSPACE FOR ANYTHING THEY ARE A SCAM!
I want to update my review, after about 7 weeks my masks were finally delivered. They were nice and well made, I believe they kept taking orders that they couldn't fill.
I ordered 3 Texas A & M masks in April. Paid 55.00 for them. Still have not received them. I reached out to them several times and I received a bogus tracking number stating it is sitting in UPSP in NY. I will contact my AMX and report that they are a scamming business. DO NOT ORDER FROM FULLERSPACE!

I placed my order April 27th. My email said I would receive the masks in 2 weeks. Still waiting. They do "kinda" reply to my emails I send. But I am still waiting.
I ordered mask 2 months ago from this company they got the payment immediately I got nothing but a false promises as to delivery. They used COVID 19 to take advantage of people.
I ordered 10 masks on February 24th from a post On Facebook. It appeared to be coming from a company in Texas. I've since found out it's someone in China... I've yet to get the 10 masks that I ordered. They were good to send me emails at first with "updates" on the progress of "making" the masks and then all of a sudden the emails stopped. I've sent multiple emails to the email address and you get a email back from an American name all having last name of Smith. The first email said it had already been sent to the shipping company and the second email said it hadn't been shipped yet, but that they would send me a tracking number when it was shipped. I received a fake tracking number a week later. There was like 1 update on that tracking number(not even making it out if China) and then the updates stopped. That was 10 days ago!
I told them that I wanted a full refund on my order since they obviously have no intention of sending me my masks... Their response was that they would give me a 5% refund, which would total $2.97 of my total order of almost $60! Still waiting, but I doubt I Will ever receive any masks!
I ordered 5 masks with the KAPPA crest for my husband and his few of his family members that are in that fraternity. I placed the order in early April. When the order was placed it stated they would be mailed in 7-10 business days. After several emails to the company, I finally received a tracking number May 28. Almost a month later, June 26th, the masks FINALLY arrived, During the wait time I requested a refund, mind you, I had not received a tracking number. I was told a refund was not possible because the masks had been sent to the shipping agent. They spent 10 days in Newark, NJ. I could have walked from PA to NJ to get them faster than their mailing. They even had the nerve to email me a coupon for a 20% discount on additional masks. Really! All the masks have a strong chemical smell. I'll try to get the smell out of them, before I give them out to be worn. Due to lack of communication, a sever delay in delivery and them not responding to the BBB, i WOULD NOT recommend EVER ordering from this company.
Answer: I requested a refund 5 days ago and did not receive a response or a refund - i have gone through my credit card company and paypal for a refund, but just did that today.
Answer: Took over 3 months and it finally showed up. They will not honor a return policy because it's out of the 30 day return. They said the only other reason they accept returns is defects so I'm stuck with a mask that I needed 3 months ago. Waste of money.
Answer: This is not a real company. They are a company that represents themselves as an American company, yet they are from China. They will try to appease you with apologies and promises to send your item just to keep you from calling your bank to dispute the transaction. They are taking advantage of the Covid situation and stealing your money.
