I am so mad about these POS people who are profiting off this scam. I did receive 4 of the light blue antibacterial masks that were an add on order but nothing else. Also been getting default emails from the "Smiths". Shame on you!
Please don't waste your time or money. I ordered masks and filters. No delivery, no tracking info. Customer service sends the same bogus e-mail. The website says Texas- CC Company said it is an overseas transaction.
Really no words... we all fell for it and it's pathetic! This company should get shut down! They stole our money, never provided any type of customer service (short of an automated email response we have all been privy too) - JOKE
They will give you computer generated emails giving you up dates, but nothing ever comes. This site is a scam taking advantage of people trying not to get sick. I was buying masks for my 77 year old parents. These people make me sick and prove evil lives.
I too ordered one mask. Communication is wonderful until it's time to ship... nothing... when you email them, they are very nice and offer a 20% off coupon/ Nothing for over 3 weeks... not even a tracking number. STAY AWAY
I ordered my masks in mid-March. I did finally receive them at the end of June. They were shipped from New York. Although, it took a very long time to receive the masks, they are exactly what I ordered and I am very pleased with them. They are my favorite fitting masks.
I ordered my face masks in April, and I finally got them July 29th. So I cancel my case with Paypal. I knew they came from some place called XingXiang, China, because it showed up in my tracking. Maybe it just took a while to go through customs? Whatever, so we eat some Chili and watch the latest episode of Last Week Tonight with John Oliver, and he goes on a whole thing about these Uyghur people being imprisoned in China and forced into abusive labor camps. He goes on to say that their plight might be personal, if not "right in front of your face." My jaw dropped. These masks were made in Xinjiang. They're fine, the masks. I know you're wondering. Receiving them made my day. Then John Oliver sort of ruined the day.
Placed my order middle of April and finally got my face mask first week of July. The masks are very good and the best breathable mask I bought so far. But I believe the company accepted too many orders that they couldn't fulfilled and decided to scam customers. Since the website is shutdown, I believed they have changed their company name to www.tomatos-store.com. BEWARE STAY AWAY! The mask are the same with different design.
Well, I should have looked! I usually do. They send images of Americans in factories and their "contact us" address is Texas. Lots of updates, until time to ship. Then radio silence. I email them daily and get apologies and discount offers, but no answers. It's disgusting. I'm sure I'm out $60. Plus all the time wasted that I could have gotten my product by now from somewhere else.
Had to give 1 star but should be negative 5. Like everyone else on the reviews I got screwed. Thankfully I disputed my charge with AMEX and received a full refund. So if by chance the masks show up, Thanks Fuller Space for the free masks that I don't need anymore. If they even exist I'm sure there P. O. S!
Signed; I'm a sucker.
I wish there was a score of less than 1 STAR! Three months and I'm still waiting for two items to be delivered. The tracking numbers are bogus and customer service is non existent! Save yourself the frustration order from a US company this one is Asian and very dishonest!
Back in March 2020, I ordered a mask with a couple replacement filters. I am a nurse and wanted something a little more comfortable to wear at work. However... I literally just received the mask yesterday... July 1st, 2020, four months later. Upon opening the package, I was so disappointed in the absolute horrible quality of this mask. The design on the front is crooked and doesn't match up along the seam. Honestly, my 8 year old son could have done a better job constructing a mask. It does not fit the face properly and the plastic vents on the front keep falling off. The metal nose piece is very flimsy as well. Before I finally did receive the mask, I sent numerous E-mails. First, requesting information on the whereabouts of my order only to be given a run around. Then I started requesting a refund but I was denied. This has been the worst online ordering experience I have ever been through.
Same story as all the reviews. Ordered, got emails, waited weeks, complained, got fake tracking number, filed dispute with bank.
Now two months later. Now I'm afraid to order from other sellers due to this horrible experience.
I ordered checked on order told it was shipped I'd get a tracking number a week later contacted again told I'd get a tracking number in 24 hrs it's been 2 weeks. Both reps that emailed back had the same last name of smith. Don't throw your money ways. I disputed it through my PayPal and also made a report to the Federal Trade Commission. These people are using the pandemic to take advantage of everyone. Stay away from them!
Ordered a mask which they are promoting to use for the Corona virus. At first it was 10-12 days to be shipped out. That was 2 months ago. When you email them, a generated reply email is sent back saying they will give 25% off next order. Why would I order again?
Never received product. Complete scam. I certify this review is based on my own experience and I'm in no way affiliated with this business. I would give negative star review if that were a possible choice
I'm just like everyone else and spent an hour on the phone with my bank disputing the charges. Luckily mine was only $40 but for those of us in emergency services that's a lot. I'd like to fly to Hong Kong and deal with these clowns.
Ordered one of these masks off of the Facebook ad that I saw. It is for my girlfriend that has underlying health conditions that make her very susceptible to contracting the virus. The order was placed on 4/24/20 and as of 5/24/20 it has been (shipped?) on 5/18/20 with a tracking number from China somewhere and also a USPS tracking number. USPS Jamacia, NY is awaiting the arrival.
As others have indicated this is a scam. They portray being from Houston, TX in their emails, but do not give an actual address in the city or phone number. The only communication that has been done is via email only.
This company it a fraud! I too have been scammed. I ordered two masks back in early April and have yet to receive them. I gave them the benefit of the doubt when I received an email stating there was a delay in shipping due to the worldwide pandemic. I was even stupid enough to order an additional mask at that time! I cannot believe I was so naive! I know better! I should have checked. They took me for $70.85. One tracking number doesn't even have an item that can be found and the other says my package is in Jamaica! It takes a special kind of evil and total lack of conscience to cheat people out of money especially during these uncertain times!
Ordered masks via advertisement on Instagram/Facebook... never received my order in full. Missing over half the items. Customer service is terrible and not available via phone. Order was over 2 months ago. Avoid this company.
Answer: I requested a refund 5 days ago and did not receive a response or a refund - i have gone through my credit card company and paypal for a refund, but just did that today.
Answer: Took over 3 months and it finally showed up. They will not honor a return policy because it's out of the 30 day return. They said the only other reason they accept returns is defects so I'm stuck with a mask that I needed 3 months ago. Waste of money.
Answer: This is not a real company. They are a company that represents themselves as an American company, yet they are from China. They will try to appease you with apologies and promises to send your item just to keep you from calling your bank to dispute the transaction. They are taking advantage of the Covid situation and stealing your money.
Answer: I received my masks... 11 weeks after order. They send a tracking number
Answer: Please don't waste your time ordering from them! The masks are horrible!
Answer: Yes! I filed a claim through Chase and they were able to get my money back. Don't bother going through PayPal. They're a joke!
Answer: Nope 3 months and still waiting here it's a scam. Wish I wouldn't have fallen for it. Lesson learned
