I saw a photo of the arrangement that was delivered on time (that was good). Yes, it looked a little like what is online, but it came off as dreary … there were burgundy-colored "somethings" in the arrangement that just didn't work. This was disappointing.

It was easy to purchase and follow through to delivery. The colors were fairly close to the picture. I was disappointed that the iris pictured on the web were not included in the delivery. The color was there but those flowers were not. There was no place on the order to make the request for those specific flowers.

UPS did not follow the directions on the box indicating which side was up. As a result they dumped it upside down at some point in shipping breaking some branches and dumping dirt out.
