Are they NOT in violation of interstate commerce laws by committing so much fraud and deception? Do they not qualify for a class action suit? RICO?

Was expecting my order to be delivered today to my parents for their 60th wedding anniversary. Order number is 2017174445. I am disappointed.

Yes. While i sit on hold on Mothers day, looking at the photo they were supposed to send to me, and the lousy mostly leaves flowers, most of them too early to pick or wilted already... I am not going to say anything to my nephew who would be crushed. But i am going to do reviews EVERYWHERE I CAN. YOU SUCK
