I ordered flowers for Mothers Day. I was told that I would get an email confirmation upon delivery of the flowers. Well, four days after the scheduled delivery date, still no email. After contacting my mother and finding out that no flowers were received, I called the company. Was told by a customer service rep that since they made the mistake and no delivery was made, that they would contact the local florist and have flowers sent to my mother, and that I would receive an refund for my order. So the new delivery date would be on Thursday afternoon. Friday evening, still no flowers, no email, and no refund. For a company that has been in business for many, MANY years, you would think they had there act together. All they have is nonsense excuses like they couldn't find a local florist! Give me a break... Lakeland Florida is not some small town with no local florists. Never again will I use this company.
While checking the delivery status through their website, it would never update. Finally I called and told them there's no delivery info and they told me to hold. I was then told the flowers were left at the front door, mind you it was 90 degrees on this day. I was sending the flowers as a get well gift. They refused to do anything without a picture. I told them I wasn't going to ask someone who is ill to take a picture of flowers while they're supposed to be resting in bed. Told me they would escalate it and speak w/ a supervisor and someone get in touch w/ me. Still haven't heard from them.
I ordered flowers for my Mom's 93rd birthday, which was yesterday, 1/29/21. I placed my order on 1/20/21. Flowers weren't delivered, and when I called the gal said that they couldn't find a delivery person to deliver. I was never notified that the delivery would never happen, which is reprehensible. Moreover, today's online order status reads "Assigned to Florist", which is totally bogus. I am incensed. I will never, ever use this company again; they are a fraud
They had no problem taking my money for my purchase plus extra for a 4 hour delivery, and neglected to toll me there is no service in my area till I called to complain. Still never got back after RUTH said we will find out what's going on.

FTD accepted my order placed well in advance for delivery on Friday before Mother's Day. The flowers were not delivered as agreed upon. FTD claimed they could not deliver them until Monday after Mother's Day. FTD should not agree to terms they cannot honor.
I purchased flowers for my mom's birthday. Got to the payment page and was told it would be $88 for the flowers and delivery (more than I wanted to spend but it is for my mom). I press "purchase" and the my receipt pops up. $102! How on earth did the flowers go from $88 to $102? When I called they told me that the arrangement I purchased was $73 (no, it was $73 on sale for $56). I asked them to cancel my order and they told me it had already been sent to florist. I told them delivery wasn't for three days so they could call the florist and cancel it. I am not okay with bait and switch tactics. I went to another flower site and got a nicer arrangement for an out-the-door cost of $63. It pays to shop around!
Not bad. Got exactly what I ordered, but there was no birthday card in/on the packaging (stated there would be). It was also in a white plastic bag. Looks aside, not a bad product from what I can tell. I would have preferred they knocked, since if I wasn't here to check my mother would not have known it was there.
I ordered a $65 gift to be delivered at a business on a Thursday. It was supposed to be there before 5:00 PM. It was delivered after 7:00 PM, after the business was closed. The gift was left at the front desk. The person receiving the gift was at work all day Friday and didn't get it. She didn't get it until Monday at 5:00 PM as she was leaving work at the end of the day when the person at the front desk realized the gift was sitting there for that employee. They offered me a $10 electronic gift card. Why would I order from them again? I'll pass.
I was shopping online when I noticed during the check out process that the order said "good", not "exquisite" as I had chosen (and was charged for). I called their customer service line and the rep told me she would put in the order. I'd already been online for about 15 minutes and agreed because she couldn't assure me that the "exquisite" order was what I would receive. I spent another 10 minutes on the phone with her. She assured me all was well and charged my credit card. This was a surprise gift going to a restaurant. Bottom line is that I've already spent an additional ½ hour or so on the phone AND online (per their request) with them because what was delivered was not what was ordered. (a smaller bouquet with similar colors) This is NOT even worth the 20% discount the operator originally told me would happen. They are making this so hard - I will not do business with FTD again.
They forgot to include card and balloon! Said they would give me credit. I tried again to place an order. They told me my credit expired! I stated nobody mentioned an expiration date. Lyndi from dust. Service said well I'm sorry I can't help you and hung up!
Placed an order weeks before the delivery date, which you can choose on the website, (why ask if you cant deliver correctly) The date chosen came and went, now six days later, and five phone calls from me, not their customer service following up with ME, with a reason that FTD and UPS cant find my order They simply said after lies and manipulation that the product cant be re ordered they dont have "it" anymore and they are sorry for the inconvenience Didnt offer anything as compensation until i asked and after the last CSR fessed up to the whole mess i canceled for a full refund Still out the fun suprise and joy
I ordered online, and my order was immediately charged. Later I was told they can not fulfill the order and they may refund sometime before the end of this month (19 days from now). Costumer support is stop responding to my inquiries after I told them I wanted the refund right away.
I cant stress to u how many times I called and threatened to sue but long story short if u ordered from them, immediately call ur bank to refund cuz its gonna be damn near impossible to get a refund from fake $#*! eflowers. U wont get your order delivered and if u do it wont be what u ordered.
I will NEVER use this company again. My friend got in a motorcycle accident on 4/19/20. On 4/21/20, I ordered flowers for delivery on 4/22. It is a WEEK later, and the order still shows "in progress". After numerous frustrating calls to a foreign call center, and several emails that got no reply, I was FINALLY told that the order was rejected by the florist. I was never notified. Today is 4/29/20. I cancelled the order and went with a local florist. DO NOT USE FTD - BUY LOCAL!
I ordered some fruits radiance for our 10th year anniversary on Friday to be delivered on Saturday at my house. I persuaded my wife to stay home so she can receive the package but to my surprise, there was no delivery and I tried so hard to reach out to them but all to no avail. I finally got hold of them the next day and I asked the representative why my item wasnt delivered but she couldnt give me a good reason why and I asked to speak to her supervisor. I asked if its possible to deliver the item on Sunday but she said on Monday but couldnt tell me the time frame. Such an horrible experience. Stay away from this company, very unreliable and customer service is horrible. Now, Ive learned my lesson in a hard way because I didnt read the reviews before I placed my order. My money was refunded and my 10th year wedding anniversary was ruined. Pls stay away if you dont want to experience such horrific things.
I ordered flowers that were to be delivered on May 5th. It's May 7th and they have yet to be delivered. You can't talk with anyone about your order, you are only able to create a "ticket" via email which is the poorest form of customer service. No one has replied to my ticket of course and Morher's Day is tomorrow. My intent was to have them delivered early (during the week) to her job. Well, so much for intentions. To say I am livid is an understatement. I would not suggest ANYONE order ANYTHING from this ripoff company or any other companies where you can't speak directly to someone about the status of your order. I wanted to rate them a 0! P.S. There is no need for the General Manager to reply with that generic, "We are sorry we didn't meet your expectations" message.
I trusted FTD for a very close friend's mother's funeral. I ordered the "exquisite", most expensive, option. I couldn't believe the boutique that was delivered. It looked like something you could get from a grocery store. A very small vase, and small roses... nothing like what was pictured on the website. My name was on the card on the boutique, and I was extremely embarrassed. Do NOT trust FTD with an important event! Order local!

I ordered flowers before Valentines day, the order confirmation said that the order would be delivered on Valentines day, after 9pm est order was still not delivered. Now I am extremely disappointed and embarrassed with a company that has done flowers for our family for years. After almost half an hour of listening to music a operator finally answered, if i wanted to listen to music i would have turned on my radio. Then the operator asks if i want it to be delivered at a later date, HELL NO I DON'T, The day and moment is gone now... Refund my money. Ftd is no longer on my list of florist anymore...
I placed an order that was supposed to be delivered on Feb 14th that still hasn't been delivered. I call and call but no one is interested in helping or finding where my flowers are supposed be delivered from. I lost money.
I had ordered flowers for Saturday the same day delivery which they said they could provide these services. Unfortunately I had got a measage saying that they couldn't deliver them until Monday. I thought to myself ok. Monday came and they were delivered. Paid $260.00 for flowers that in my opinion were not even close to the arrangement in the picture. I know that the arrangement cannot be exact. But problem is that the arrangement of flowers that was received looked a lot less flowers than the picture of flower arrangement in the picture you place the order which was very obvious. Also came in a cheap plastic tub. What a ripoff. Then I phoned customer service and they say they'll call you back within 24 hours but they don't call back. I'm very disappointed. Wanted add photos of what I got and what I Suppose to get but the file is too big. Don't waste your money.
