Placed an order weeks before the delivery date, which you can choose on the website, (why ask if you cant deliver correctly) The date chosen came and went, now six days later, and five phone calls from me, not their customer service following up with ME, with a reason that FTD and UPS cant find my order They simply said after lies and manipulation that the product cant be re ordered they dont have "it" anymore and they are sorry for the inconvenience Didnt offer anything as compensation until i asked and after the last CSR fessed up to the whole mess i canceled for a full refund Still out the fun suprise and joy
