Ordered an arrangement for my partner who was graduating residency. When it arrived it was not like what was pictured. I understand differences in seasonal flowers but even the colors were wrong. When I told FTD they offered to send a replacement order of equal or greater value. No option for refund. When I gave them the information for the replacement they didn't respond until I emailed again. They sent something even more different that what I had ordered. Not to mention it had lillies which I avoid as they are deadly to cats. The message that I put in for the replacement was also not there, just the original message. Flowers looked great both times but not what I paid for and no attempt to correct it. The flowers I originally ordered were rainbow and the second message that was supposed to be included was "happy pride". With current events I wonder if that had anything to do with the mixup...
FTD takes your money first, promises a delivery date & then figures out whether they will deliver your flowers whenever they feel like it. Or not at all, and then they don't tell you until days later! They are horrible; use any other company.
We order our flower 2 days before June 1st for my Aunt & Uncle 60th Anniversary for June 1st, today is June 3rd and it never came! I also requested it to be delivered by 11 am when I spoke to the customer service on the 2nd day, & that didn't happen.
DONT DEPEND ON FTD to get your flowers on time!

Ordered a $130 "exquisite" bouquet for Mother's Day delivery. What showed up was a puny bunch flowers like you would grab for $15 at the supermarket. Thought Mom would be really impressed, but instead I was embarrassed when I saw it. FTD agreed to resend the right order, but not until 4 days later. While the new flower arrangement was nicer, the card that was attached was from people I never heard of. Still embarrassing. I am done with FTD.
Never delivered the flowers. After three days on the phone with them and promises to deliver... they just decided to cancel the order and not even email or call me. HORRIBLE
Ordered flowers for Mother's Day and they were claimed to be delivered on Saturday, May 13. Well, just like other reviews - they weren't delivered. Called customer service and they said they'd contact the florist and send them out as soon as they open on Monday. Well, it's Tuesday night and still no flowers. I'll never purchase from FTD again. I've used them for years, but they totally botched my mother's day gift. I ordered flowers as usual on their site a week before mother's day. On Saturday afternoon I received an email from ftd that they were delivered. I spoke with my mom around 6pm that night and no flowers. I attempted to discuss the issue with ftd customer service, but that was worse than a trip to the dentist. Ftd outsources their customer service to somewhere they don't speak clear English or understand simple questions. Not to be harsh, but just fact. They said call after 9pm, the flowers may be late. But what about the delivery email? No response. I called back after 9pm. Still no flowers. Long story short, I spoke with customer service 4 times and no flowers. Today they said the florist ran out of flowers and they could get some out later this week. Really? Never again ftd!

Flowers didn't arrive, customer service lied to me (I wish I were joking), claimed no supervisor was available and eventually, after 41 minutes, cut me off. Never, never, never again. Wish I'd read the reviews before wasting money and care, and my poor mom didn't get flowers!
Ordered flowers for Mother's Day a week before the day. Was notified of a UPS shipping label being created on the day delivery was supposed to happen. UPS tracking had no information associated with the provided number. Delivery day came and went with no flowers showing up. Tried to contact them but there is no option to talk to a human. Left and email complaint and the followed up with a response that another shipping provider was going to deliver the flowers the next day. Again no flowers just an email from FTD saying that due to a supply issue my order was cancelled and a refund was being processed. Oh, and we're sorry but here's a $20 coupon for your next order. That's will never be used by me... Never again.
I ordered my mom her Mothers Day flowers a week ago so that she would definitely get them by Mothers Day. My receipt said they would be delivered on Friday before Mothers Day. Today is Saturday 4:30 PM I called FTD because they had not been delivered yet. They said the order is canceled, they don't know why! I was not even notified of the cancelation! No Flowers for my mom this year! I am very upset by this, and will never trust FTD again!
3 times now they have taken my order, taken my money, sent an email confirming delivery and nothing was delivered. I will never use them again! Their customer service department is outside of the US and no one calls to follow up with me. I have to fight for a refund and then scamper to re-order flowers from somewhere else or not at all. My sister has cancer and today is her birthday - no flowers to cheer her up! So angry and frustrated. WORST SERVICE EVER!
These flowers were very much appreciated by my sister in law. Coming home from the hospital is always welcome but it's even more sweet when there are beautiful flowers to get you.
On Tuesday, I ordered flowers to be sent on Thursday for a birthday. Got a phone call on Thursday morning at 10:00 am stating the "Happy Birthday" vase for the the arrangement wasn't available. I asked them to just substitute a plain glass vase, but I needed the arrangement sent that day. As I stated, it was for a birthday. Was told they couldn't make the substitution till the next day. I insulted they find another florist from their vast resources of florist. Was everyone had "denied" the order. I find that very hard to believe. I emailed customer service, and was offered a $ 25.00 coupon for my next order. The $ 25.00 was inconsequential compared to my $ 150.00 order, which cost me more to reorder from another florist to get delivered that day. Their call center rep, who I believe was from some country on the other side of the world, was completely uncooperative, and just kept saying they couldn't help me. They tried buying me off with $ 25.00. NOT going to happen. Shame on FTD!

I ordered the Blush Crush Bouquet ~ Premium. This item is pictured with a dozen lovely roses dispersed among a variety of additional beautiful flowers and greenery - a very full bouquet. Photo & receipt attached.
The recipient received nothing resembling what was ordered. There were 2/two roses, 3 very large flowers to fill space, a few additional flowers and some greenery. A much smaller bouquet that by no means resembled what I ordered (photo attached). I would quite simply call this "bait and switch". I do not recommend ftd and will definitely not use them again.
I rated as "1" as they were delivered on time.
I trusted FTD for a very close friend's mother's funeral. I ordered the "exquisite", most expensive, option. I couldn't believe the boutique that was delivered. It looked like something you could get from a grocery store. A very small vase, and small roses... nothing like what was pictured on the website. My name was on the card on the boutique, and I was extremely embarrassed. Do NOT trust FTD with an important event! Order local!

I ordered based on a beautiful photo on the website of a flower-filled basket. My friend received a basket with very few, and very unhealthy, flowers. I am embarrassed! Immediately called FTD and was told a replacement would be sent. Three hours later and I have not heard. Visiting hours at the funeral home are over now. Called FTD and they had no info but told me not to worry - tomorrow flowers should arrive.
Rather than connect me with a manager, I was put on hold. Twenty minutes later no one has answered. Last time I will order from FTD
