3 times now they have taken my order, taken my money, sent an email confirming delivery and nothing was delivered. I will never use them again! Their customer service department is outside of the US and no one calls to follow up with me. I have to fight for a refund and then scamper to re-order flowers from somewhere else or not at all. My sister has cancer and today is her birthday - no flowers to cheer her up! So angry and frustrated. WORST SERVICE EVER!
