Easy order, good product, excellent on keeping u up to date
The process was a bit long but that I guess can't be helped as it needed to be flashed specifically before sending. Waiting on it was a little hard but not that long. Order showed up with a reasonable amount of waiting/suffering. The unit worked as expected. In my case it was a bit of a specialty item as it was for a hybrid Tahoe
My girl, Jo, stays in touch with me about my order better than my BFF does! She takes care of all my issues to my satisfaction and makes me feel like I'm her only customer! I wish I could buy everything from them. They know the meaning of customer service!

Was told no relearn procedure was needed. Was for child in college. I drove up to install and would not work. Had it towed to dealership waiting for them to do relearn. Hopefully next week they will be able to get it in and we can see if it works. Would have saved $300 getting one out of a salvage yard and had dealer flash it.
ECM worked as it should and fixed the problem with no communication

So great it did not work my car is still not running,computer is not recognizing the sencers.
Like the title says, the part worked. The bag it came in had sand in it, call me dumb but I don't know if that's supposed to be the case. Either way, the part works for now
Only thing I can complain about is how long it took to actually receive what I ordered.other than that,it's a good deal,and worked as it should.
No issues with the ECM, shipping, or communication. Whenever an update was requested, I got one. ECM worked as it should for the 2004 f350 it was installed in.
Paid extra for expedited service and got the opposite. 5-9 days took 4 weeks to get my ecu. I did not even need it programed or anything. The lady happily sold me a 90 dollar expedited fee to get my package quicker which did not happen.
Experience was awesome! Knowledgeable customer service. Easy to order the ECU for my 2004 PT Cruiser
Took well over a month to get the part I ordered, flagship one had problems in their programming department, this is the second time it's happened to me.

Ordered the computer for my Mustang it came very quickly and I was able to install and program it easily with the instructions provided with it. If I ever need another computer for any of my vehicles, I will check with your company first
