I found your company online after placing an order with Car Computer Exchange who could not fulfil the order. I waited 3 weeks for a computer and got all kinds of excuses and attitude. I cancelled the order with them and ordered a computer through Flagship One. It did take 3 weeks with your company as well, but no BS excuses or attitude. I am grateful for the product and its working great. I will recommend Flagship One to anyone who requires one of your products.
I only gave 4 stars because the pcm I first inquired about I was told was not available and had to send my oem to you to be refurbished but was told it was unrepairable and then told a new one will be sent to me so the question comes about of why was a new pcm al of sudden available?

Every time I have ordered. The parts come in with 9 day from order date. And have not had any problems yet with ecu/pcm.

I've been buying quite a few ECM's and FICM's for a few years and they have been knowledgeable with new and older vehicles I still and will continue buying from them because the level of comfort when I buy their products is been nothing but the best and at a reasonable price and I've seen the more I buy the better the prices

Part still works great, I was kept informed of the process it could have went a little quicker for my taste but all is well
Ordered a pre programmed pcu for my truck got it had it installed would not even start my truck...was not programed for my truck at all...then when I called about trying to return it wouldn't even talk to me at all...so I'm stuck with a damn near 300 dollar part that don't work and can't get my money back...complete failure of a company as far as I'm concerned

Once I finally received the PCM it worked as it should. The timelines are not at all accurate. Took 16 days to get something in 4 to 8 days 🤷🏼.

Answer: Their 2-7 shipping days is a total LIE. Their customer service are paid professional liars well. Will tell you anything to appease you true or not. I cancelled my order after 14 days and they couldn't tell me WHEN. Shop elsewhere, this company has huge problems.
