I've attempted to contact flagship one repeatedly with no response. I ordered an ECM for my Infiniti. It was supposed to be programmed to my vin number.
Not only was it not programmed it wasn't the correct ECM. I have attempted to get a refund for product return with zero response.
The ECM worked perfectly. It fixed all issues including rough shifting. I am very pleased with the turn around and personal programming for specific VIN.

2001 Dodge Ram2500 PCM worked great out of the box. Very reasonable price and with processing updates about the PCM I ordered. Highly recommended and would buy from them again but hope I don't need to.

Answer: Their 2-7 shipping days is a total LIE. Their customer service are paid professional liars well. Will tell you anything to appease you true or not. I cancelled my order after 14 days and they couldn't tell me WHEN. Shop elsewhere, this company has huge problems.
